Modern and updated, this apartment is the best VRBO we've had in Europe. It has great AC, a large bathroom, and a nice view. The lighting is exceptional as well and the building and unit security are excellent. We arrived at 11 PM on a Wednesday and saw a lot of crowded restaurants and bars nearby, but the unit is quiet and the neighborhood is charming and safe. Thanks to Claude, who was simply lovely to work with!

Location was excellent. Literally everything you would normally need within 500 metres. Boulangeries, poissoneries, fromageries, cafes, etc. 10 minute walk to a large mall. Apartment was stocked with a good variety of amenities. Our host Claude was very good at communicating both before and during our stay.

Everything was very nice the apartment was clean and new. The hardest part is that it is 2nd floor and there is no elevator. But the location was great.

Claude was an excellent host! The apartment was conveniently located to the Sentier Metro stop, grocery stores and restaurants. The use of the washer and dryer was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

Claude was an excellent host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Location was great, truly in the heart of Paris. Pack light because there are stairs but it did not detract from the experience.

What a wonderful spot to call home base in Paris. More of a local vibe without tourists everywhere, but close enough to all the sights either by walking or metro. Walking distance to all types of restaurants, boulangeries, fromageries, bars, bistros, etc. I would definitely stay here again! Claude was very responsive……even when we locked ourselves out at 9 pm one night! Thanks again!

Great location

We had a lovely stay with our family of four. Claude was very helpful during check in and offered several recommendations for dining which were a short walk away. Location is close to metro - would stay here again !

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in this nicely equipped apartment, a comfortable base for exploring Paris. The neighborhood is fantastic: Rue Montorgueil is a lively pedestrian street with everything you need. It's just north of Les Halles, with a big Monoprix and many other shops, plus two outstanding boulangeries within a block (Boulangerie du Sentier, Terroirs d'Avenir). On Sundays there's a street market near Saint-Eustache. The Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, and other major sites are an easy walk, and the Sentier and Bonne Nouvelle Metro stations are very close. Tip: set up the Navigo card in your phone wallet for tap-and-go ease. We used the Metro almost daily to explore the surrounding arrondissements.The apartment is quiet, with a comfortable bed, excellent shower, fast wifi, and a well-equipped kitchen. We had everything we needed. One caveat: a winding staircase leads up to this second-floor unit, so be aware if stairs are a challenge. It wasn't a problem for us.Our host Claude greeted us on arrival and saw us off when we left. He is a charming, wonderful host who gave us many good restaurant recommendations and tips on things to do nearby. His warmth and good humor made our stay even better. Thank you for hosting us, Claude. We hope to return one day.

Amazing apartment

Comfortable apartment at Sentier. Bathroom is great, kitchen has everything you need for a long stay, the neighborhood is fantastic if you like local nightlife, and Claude is a fantastic property manager! Will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic!

Great location to stay! Very well located, close to different metro lines to reach all the Paris must see. Walking distance to the Louvre and surroundings. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores close by. Excellent attention from the owner and many small details in the flat make the stay a pleasure.

Claude is the most welcoming and accommodating of hosts! He met us in person at check-in, earlier than planned, too. His apartment is spotless, newly renovated in a charming 18th century building. It's very cool to think that we were climbing the same original, well-trodden 250 year-old solid wood stairs that are from before the French Revolution! The top floor is recommended for those fit enough to climb 4 stories. The location is great: Easy to walk to the major sites nearby, or those further out via Metro. Fun neighborhood with lots of cafés, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Would 100% stay here again!

Fantastic location!

Beautifully clean and very comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. Easy to get to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and other attractions. Tons of great restaurants, patisseries, wine and cheese shops to choose from very close by. Claude is a gracious host, easily reachable and gave us many valuable suggestions. Comfortable Stay in a wonderful Neighborhood

This is our second stay in one of the apartments in this building. This apartment is just like the previous one we stayed in, spacious, clean, well-furnished and comfortable, though slightly larger. Claude is a wonderful host, he let us check in a few hours early for our stay. We really enjoyed the neighborhood again and its proximity to restaurants, sites and shops. All in all, a great!

The property was just as advertised. A wonderful location with easy access to the Metro, clean and well maintained property with a nice kitchen with cookware. As expected with an apartment in a busy area of Paris, you could here street noise from the TV/Kitchen room, but the bedroom is behind a wall towards the center of the building so it was very quiet for sleeping. The Internet worked well. Claude was very helpful and always available if needed. We'd recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice apartment in the center of Paris.

We had the most wonderful stay in Paris at Claude’s apartment with our family of 4. Claude provided us with a warm welcome, ensuring that we had everything we needed for our stay and even allowed us to check in early to help our kids (ages 4&6) rest after a long night of travel. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very quiet at night. The location was perfect - right around the corner from Rue Montorgueil, which was full of restaurants, little grocery shops and some of the best boulangeries in Paris! We were also just a short walk from many of the beautiful sights in Paris - the Louvre, Jardin Tuileries, and several playgrounds for our kids to enjoy. We will absolutely return on future visits and highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Paris.

Great location, in the heart of Paris

This apartment is in the heart of Paris. You could easily spend a couple of weeks exploring just the 1st and 2nd. And within the block, including right outside the door, you have Boneshaker/donuts, Cookie Love/amazing cookies, Mister Garden/extremely fresh salads made to order, rue de montorgueil/fantastic market street, and the incredible rue du Nil.
