We cordially invite you to our comfortable apartment in the Residenz Bursztyn. The apartment has an area of 40 square meters and is intended for 2 or 4 people. It consists of a salon with a kitchen corner, a separate bedroom and a comfortable bathroom. Another advantage is the large terrace - (12 sqm) with sea view, which makes it possible to enjoy the air filled with iodine regardless of the weather. In the summer season there is also garden furniture and loungers available on the terrace. The apartment is connected to free WiFi and German television (6 programs). You have reception of the German mobile network.

Gastgeber ist bei Fragen oder Problemen sofort zu erreichen ,und versucht auch gleich Lösungen anzubieten. Wohnung schön gelegen und nicht zu laut,aber trotzdem nah am Wasser . Bäcker eher was fürs Fahrrad. Ebenso zum Supermarkt. Achtung beim Parken an der Promenade !!! Hier wird streng kontrolliert,ob der Parkschein passt. Schöner Urlaub insgesamt. Fahrräder sind hier angebracht, gerade um mal die Gegend zu erkunden. Super Radwegausbau Richtung Deutschland . (dann hat der Pkw auch mal Ferien) . Geld tauschen nicht in den Wechselstuben an der Promenade ,sondern lieber weiter in der Stadt.!! Genau auf den Wechselkurs achten . Hier wird gerne mal mit dem Rücktauschkurs Werbung gemacht .

Sehr saubere, liebevoll und perfekt eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Vom Schlafzimmer hat man Meerblick. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos. Die Beschreibung fürs Check In war sehr genau. Wir kommen gern wieder.

War alles super. Sehr sauberes Apartment mit allen Dingen, die man braucht. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen, wenn nicht die Parkplatzsituation katastrophal gewesen wäre. Es gab keinen zugewiesenen Platz, alle parkten kreuz und quer, so dass wir auf der Straße stehen und jedes mal Parkgebühren zahlen mussten.

Ausgezeichnete Ferienwohnung in relativ ruhiger Lage und trotzdem direkt an der Strandpromenade. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und zum Strand sind es nur wenige Schritte. Sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Super Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist wie auf dem Portal beschrieben. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super, bei der Ankunft hat alles super geklappt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlte uns nichts. Es war sehr sauber. Zur Begrüßung haben uns die Vermieter einen Blumenstrauß aufgestellt. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist sofort am Strand und der Promenade. Wir kommen wieder und können diese Wohnung von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Der Vermieter hat auch an der Promenade gegenüber dem Radisson Hotel ein Geschäft, in dem er leckere Waffeln und selbst gemachtes Eis verkauft (Truskawkowa). Super lecker

Sehr schönes und sauberes Appartement

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral. Nur ein paar schritte bis zum Strand. Es gibt viele verschiedene Restaurants und Geschäfte die man zu Fuss erreicht. Das Auto konnten wir stehen lassen. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Immer gerne wieder.

Tolles Appartement in bester Lage

Wir waren die Osterwoche an der Ostsee. Hierfür bot die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung alles, was wir für unseren Familienurlaub benötigten: Umfangreiche Ausstattung, erstklassige Lage am Ende der Promenade zwischen Swinemünde und Ahlbeck. Der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt - ebenso wie ein Bistro/Cafe. Fahrradverleih in direkter Nachbarschaft. In der Wohnung ließe es sich auch bei Regenwetter gut aushalten. Praktisch: ein Stelllplatz fürs Auto kann auf dem zum Gebäude gehörigen Parkplatz gefunden werden. Zudem: Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Kurzurlaub

Wir haben einen tollen Kurzurlaub in Swinemünde genossen. Das Appartement entspricht der Beschreibung und bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Mobiliar in gutem Zustand und geschmackvoll maritim eingerichtet. Absolut ein Appartment was keine Wünsche übrig lässt.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos und schnell. Klare Empfehlung!

Ich habe aufgrund der guten Bewertungen gebucht und kann diese nur Bestätigen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Betten super und eine tolle und unkomplizierte Kontaktaufnahme mit den Gastgebern. Wir wurden nett empfangen und es wurde uns alles gezeigt. Es ist am Ende der Promenade und dadurch total ruhig. Vom Balkon konnte man das Meer sehen und vor allem hören. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Swinemünde fahren, dann buchen wir auf jeden Fall nochmal dort. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!!!!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren im August 24 dort. Die Unterkunft ist genau so wie beschrieben, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Herr Dabrowski, hat uns super Tipps zwecks Ausflügen, Eisdiele usw. gegeben, die wir alle genutzt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können ihn als Gastgeber nur empfehlen.

Strandnähe sehr gut, nur 5 min. Wohnung war wie gezeigt und praktisch eingerichtet. Parktor war defekt. Parkplätze etwas knapp.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist fantastisch. Top-Lage,Parkplatz, 5 Minuten zum Strand, sehr angenehm waren die verschiedenen Kopfkissen im Bett. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ein großes Kompliment an den Gastgeber. Danke
