The apartment:
Two-room apartment + sleeping nook consisting of a living/dining room with TV opening onto a balcony offering breathtaking views of the Flaine valley, a fully equipped open-concept kitchen (multi-function oven, large fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker...); a double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), storage, and TV; a children’s sleeping area with bunk beds and storage; a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, plus a separate guest toilet. Outdoor ski locker. Numerous amenities (Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, ski boot dryer, washer-dryer, etc.).

Directions:
Apartment located in the Capricorne residence, a small building in Flaine Forêt, just a few metres from the slopes (Grands Vans chairlift, ESF Flaine Forêt ski school, etc.). The shops, bars, and restaurants in Flaine Forêt are right nearby, and those in Flaine Forum are just a few minutes’ walk away via the resort’s outdoor lift. When you arrive in Flaine by car, you can park in front of the building for free for 1 hour and 30 minutes to unload your luggage; after that, you’ll need to use one of the resort’s paid long-term car parks, the closest of which is a two-minute walk away.

THE ACCOMMODATION - Designer apartment featuring an open living/dining room opening onto a balcony with unobstructed views of the Flaine valley, high-speed internet and a 55-inch TV, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (multi-function oven, large fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, dishwasher, dishes, Nespresso coffee maker...), master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160), storage, and a second TV; separate children’s bedroom with full-size single bunk beds and storage; bathroom with a bathtub and toilet; and a second (separate) toilet. Ski locker outside and boot dryer inside, washing machine/dryer, etc.

ACCESS FOR TRAVELERS - The Résidence Capricorne is a small building located in the very quiet, semi-pedestrian zone of Flaine Forêt, just a few metres from the slopes (Grands Vans chairlift, ESF Flaine Forêt departure point). The shops, bars, and restaurants of Flaine Forêt are right nearby, and those of Flaine Forum are just a few minutes’ walk away via the free pedestrian lift. When you arrive in Flaine, you can park in front of the building for free for 90 minutes; after that, parking is available in one of the resort’s paid long-term car parks, the closest of which is a two-minute walk away.
