Bon emplacement mais gros manque de propreté

Propriétaire sympa, joli endroit, appartement spacieux , bien équipé en ustensiles de cuisine mais meubles vieillots et sales , vaisselle, vitres sales et manque de propreté générale .

Petit séjour très agréable dans un contexte très calme vue sur les Montagnes . L'hôte jean Yves se trouve sur place à la fois très discret et la fois présent quand nous avons besoin de ses services .Tous se trouve très vite à porté de mains ,balade ,courses alimentaire soins etc... Nous sommes à la fois tout à côté de l'Italie là où aussi nous nous régalons avec des paysages à couper le souffle ...nous pouvons aussi apprécier un de leur café mais aussi collés les Montagnards toutes leurs richesses traditionnels etc...juste je vous recommande

Nous sommes à 18min de la station des karellis. Moins de 10minutes poir faire les courses à St Jean de Maurienne. M Edmond est disponible, très gentil et agréable. Appartement fonctionnel, calme. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Tout s'est très bien passé. Nous reviendrons c est sûr.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Trotz das wir verschieben Sprachen sprechen, hat die Kommunikation mit dem Handy gut geklappt. Die Gegend war sehr schön und ladet zum wandern ein. Die Bergbahnen sind gegenüber Schweiz und Österreich günstig. Wir wären auch gerne einmal mit unsere Hündin baden gegangen, aber Hundestrände gibt es überhaupt nicht.

nikel pour les sports d'hiver

En vacances pour les sports d'hiver une semaine, nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement. Il est très bien équipé, fonctionnel et très bien situé par rapport à différentes station de ski. La ville de st jean de Maurienne est à 5 minutes en voiture ce qui est très pratique pour un resto ou faire ses courses. Enfin le propriétaire est vraiment très aimable.

Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique de la location pour pratiquer du vélo. L’appartement est très fonctionnel et spacieux avec une terrasse et un garage en bonus. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et bonne réactivité. Logement recommandé, y compris pour les séjours sportifs.

APPARTEMENT FONCTIONNEL BIEN EQUIPE

Avant tout je tenais à remercier notre hôte Jean-Yves qui nous a très bien accueillis et nottament a accepté une arrivée très tardive. Il était disponible pour nous donner des conseils tout en étant très discret pendant le séjour. Concernant l'appartement, il est comme sur les photos, fonctionnel, assez spacieux, beaucoup de rangements et très bien équipé en matériel de cuisine. C'est un très bon rapport qualite/prix, très bien placé pour skier dans les stations de ski de la vallée situées entre 20min et 45min de voiture pour la plus loin. L'appartement est au RDC de la maison du propriétaire avec la possibilité de se garer juste devant. Ne pas hésiter, vous serez bien reçus.
