This, along with the important network for producing man-made snow, guarantees an ideal quantity of snow from December to April. Séjour ski à Valmeinier en famille

Le logement est idéalement situé.L'accès est simple et très efficace. La vue et très belle.L'accès au parking est top on est au pied, ça évite de long allez retour pour charger décharger.La configuration de l'appartement est conforme à l'annonce. Néanmoins l'appartement mériterait un sérieux coup de rafraîchissement.:Les rideaux sont légèrement trouésLe sol (lineau) par endroits est abîmé dechiréCertain radiateurs ne sont pas très propres et celui de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas. Quelques toiles d'araignée pendent du plafond La moquette des chambres est d'époque. Néanmoins les côtés très positifs de l'appartement nous on rendu le séjour très agréable. Logement idéalement placé près des pistes.Propriétaire très accomodant qui nous a même proposé une nuit supplémentaire gratuite! N'ai par contre vu ni salle de sport ni table de billard comme prétendu dans l annonce..Mais il y a un chouette café tout près (Le Brasilia) avec babyfoot, fléchettes et surtout karaoke ! Ambiance assurée.. Attention, vols dans la résidence: ne pas laisser comme moi vos après-ski dans le couloir!! Et une autre skieuse s est fait voler ses bottines dans le local ski!! Dommage..

Appt proche des pistes donc bien placé mais qui mériterait largement d’être rénové tant d’un point de vue déco ,mobilier ,literie que dans les équipements ménagers en particulier le frigo ,le lave vaisselle et les casseroles en piteux état ....

Excellent séjour dans une super station de ski familliale

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé. Très proche des pistes, des remontées, des commerces, des cours ESF. L'appartement est bien agencé et très bien équipé. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Super accueil de Mme MAAFI, qui s'arrange pour faire l'état des lieux (arrivée et départ) aux horaires qui nous arrange. Habitué des appartements dans les stations de ski, je le conseille particulièrement.

C'est toujours un plaisir

Les vacances à la montagne, c'est fabuleux. Le temps semble passer plus lentement. Les paysages sont magnifiques. Le logement était sympa et pas du tout bruyant... Je recommande.

Les -: Odeur de chien et tabac malgré le ménage. TV au format vignette, frigo hs seul le freezer faisait du froid. Résidence bruyante et chantante...aux odeurs surprenantes dans les couloirs. Le voisin avait payé moitié moins la même semaine... Box de ski dans local à ski derrière la porte. Club pioupiou et ourson surchargé de 9 à 11h en saison. Les +: 2 vrais chambres. Rdc mais peu de passage devant (haie). Proche du club enfant, coeur station et piste. Parking à proximité. Accueil pour la remise des clefs. Propriétaire réactif aux demandes. La fabrik pour le pain et pâtisserie. Station agréable et familiale. Bonnes pizzas en livraison.

idéalement bien situé nous étions 2 adultes et un enfant nous avons connu une semaine calme, un peu de difficultés le premier jour pour se repérer sur les différents niveaux de l'immeuble. Appartement bien équipé très appréciable le micro onde car certains ne l'avaient pas l'accueil à notre arrivée très chaleureux appartement très propre mais la résidence en elle même aurait besoin d'être rajeunie à l'intérieur. Nous avons passé un très bonne semaine et en plus nous avons eu un super cadeau 'le soleil toute la semaine'

très bruyant !!!

Je ne recommande pas du tout ce logement pour des personnes ayant des jeunes enfants, surtout hors périodes scolaires, car l'immeuble est entièrement loué par des groupes d'étudiant très bruyants et irrespectueux. Dommage que cette notion de bruit de soit pas évoquée dans l'annonce. Je trouve sa très incorrecte du propriétaire ( surtout qu 'il était au courant que je venais avec deux jeunes enfants) et que c'est un problème connue car la personne qui s'occupe des clefs me la dit dès mon arrivé. Sinon le ménage du locataire précédant à été très mal fait et pas vérifier. Mis à part cela, l'appartement est très bien placé. La station est très agréables.

Appartement tres fonctionnelle avec tout le comfort pour nous qui sommes 4 dont 2 jeunes enfants et on à passer de tres bonne vacances ideale pour famille desirant randonnée car départ de beaucoup de promenade dès la station ou cycliste ,nombreux col dans la maurienne (galibier.........)+piscine qui à fait le bohneur de tout le monde surtout le soir pour se détendre.Residence tres calme la semaine ou nous logions et le personnel sur place etait d'une grande gentillesse rien à redire Seul défaut : pas de téléviseur cela serait mieux surtout en cas de mauvais temps et la lessive doit se faire en laverie pour conclure : ideal en beau temps pour famille avec enfants car la staion offre beucoup d'animation et la piscine dans la residence
