If you’re heading to Roundtop this is the place to stay. Immaculate cleanliness, beautifully decorated, comfy beds, the perfect extra touches and just a 20 minute drive to the heart of everything Roundtop. We’ll be staying again.
The farmhouse is beautiful! I have been coming to Round Top for over 20 years and this is the nicest place I have stayed - beautifully decorated, lots of room and easy access to Warrenton and Round Top. The girls couldn’t stop raving about it.
We adored our stay!! If we could move in, we would! We had plenty of space for our group of four ladies. It was the most beautiful place to stay and enjoy the sunrise, have snacks on the back porch, or chat over a glass of wine. We hope to book and stay again. Janine was the kindest and most responsive to our questions.
Quick Round Top Shopping trip with out of state family. Perfect place to kick back, get away from the hustle and bustle, and soak in serenity. We would go back in a heartbeat.
Amazing place! Stayed here with a big group of girls to go to Round Top. Beautiful property! And just a short 15 minute drive to Round Top. Very comfortable beds and lots of space to hang out outdoors.
There is a field of wildflowers driving up that was the most amazing I have ever seen!
We came for a girls trip! We had seven people and all fit very comfortably in this house! Two people shared the master bedroom and everyone else had their own bed. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house is filled with antique & farm house treasures (combined with modern art). We loved the layout of the home, the decor, it had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and throughout. The property itself was beautiful. We enjoyed cows walking across the backyard in the evening & the front and back porches were calm and breezy! Great place to sit and have coffee or a cocktail at sunset. We did have an issue at check-in because we did not receive a door code before we got there. Once we arrived at the house it was two hours before we were able to get in. We were pretty stressed because there were no other options for our housing. Everything in the area was sold out. Check in was he only hiccup that happened, bu in the end we were so grateful to finally connect with the owner to get the code to get into the house!I would just recommend making sure you have the door code well before arriving to the property. Once you’re there you will not regret having rented this house! We hope to come back again. My friends love this property and want a repeat trip!
A group of 8 women who have been friends for 40 years. It was a wonderful location and a wonderful trip. Round Top Antiques Week was filled with shopping, laughter, and so much fun
A fun girls getaway to shop Round Top, and just enjoy our friendship…. We could not have picked a more perfect location!! Just far enough out for peace and quiet, but close enough to RT to get to all the shopping quickly… Janine took care of all our needs, and the home is just stunning! Cannot recommend this oasis enough!!
We stayed here with other families for an Antique Weekend in Roundtop. It was perfect. The house is stylishly decorated, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the location is gorgeous. We loved watching sunsets over the rolling hills and pond. And the wildflowers were showing off. This place is idyllic. We loved it.
I love this home so much!! It is the perfect balance of beautiful design, comfort, and peaceful scenery. It is just far enough out of Round Top to come back to after a long day of shopping, to unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet. The home is appointed with everything you could possibly need and Janine is always quick to respond to any queries. This is my second stay and it will definitely not be my last!
Very enjoyable. Instructions / logistics could be more defined, such as WiFi pw. Front door lock needs to be repaired. We had a blast, and special thanks to Janine for the speedy responses.
Cousin reunion!! 6 women. Each of us had our own extremely comfortable bed with luxurious linens. The home's design provided lots of room for us to spread out -- yet come together and talk, eat, laugh, and make lasting memories in this beautifully decorated farmhouse. Janine provided excellent restaurant and shopping recommendations, which we thoroughly enjoyed. This was the perfect place for a weekend away from the city. I highly recommend. Worth every penny!
Everything about this home - and hostess - was just beyond incredible. If I could give our stay one HUNDRED stars, I would!! The home has been lovingly restored, so that you can enjoy its historical feel, with all the desired amenities of a modern home. Perfect location and on a truly beautiful piece of land - I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Janine is a deeply kind, generous and attentive hostess. Anyone looking for the perfect getaway on a stunning piece of land and a truly charming, comfortable and luxurious experience - look no further.
This place was so much fun and so beautiful. No one wanted to leave when it was time. We loved sitting on the porches enjoying the view. Already planning our trip back!
This property is phenomenal! Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Every detail, from luxurious bedding, elegant interior, scented sheets, you name it! So, so charming.
