Updated Riviera Club beachfront condo! Gorgeous gulf views & Pool!

Spectacular 2-bedroom, 2-bath recently renovated oceanfront condo right on the beach, with direct access! From the screened balcony you are front and center to watch sunsets and ocean activity. There is tile flooring and granite countertops throughout the entire condo. The large master bedroom has a huge gulf view window, with balcony access. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need to make your meals... and there are fabulous restaurants, very close or a trolley trip away.

The Riviera Club is an impressive place, with hedged privacy when entering the grounds, and plentiful parking. Key access to the building and pool will make you feel secure. The condo itself is located on a lower floor (above 1st floor parking garage), and is an easy walk up one flight of stairs for those who prefer not to wait for elevators. The view is breathtaking!

The primary bedroom and bath are spacious with a dressing area, generous closet and storage space and separated shower/toilet area. The guest bedroom is located adjacent to the guest bath for a private guest area. The complimentary Wi-Fi is updated, with a strong signal. Included is den area with a desk and monitor.

You will have direct, private access to the beach. Head out the door and walk out in the sand to the warm gulf waters. Sunbathe, swim and marvel at all the seashells. Then head back to Rivera Club's heated pool.

This location is at the quieter, south end of the island. Shopping and fishing are nearby. It's also a short drive to Bonita Springs and Naples. The nearby bridge is an easy way to exit the island.

This is family friendly unit and has a full size folding crib, booster seat with tray, baby monitor, toys and toddler dishes.

Beautiful condo, very clean, and we hated to leave. This was our second year in a row that we have stayed here! Plenty of room for my hubby, two adult sons, and myself. Everything we needed for cooking was provided and if we needed an extra beach chair or towel to take to the beach, there were plenty to choose from. Can’t wait for next year!

Wonderful 16 day stay! The window in the master bedroom had a gorgeous view of the beach. There was 4 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone! Owners were amazing and kept in touch making sure that we had everything we needed. Any questions we had they responded very quickly. Beautiful condo highly recommend!

Beautiful view everyday

The property was easy to find and well maintained/clean. The lobby was very nice, with secure entrance. Once inside, the view was amazing! Loved the screened in patio looking right at ocean. Similar view from master bedroom! I especially liked the extra space in master bathroom/powder area. Easy access to beach or pool. Pool was great, and you can walk right over to the beach! I can’t wait to stay here again!

Beach, pool, jacuzzi lather rinse repeat!!!

My family spent two weeks here and it was awesome! The location is just a few steps to your private beach. The property has a nice pool with a waterfall and a jacuzzi. The property was very well maintained inside and out. It is a very tranquil area made for relaxing. We stayed at Heather and Marks place which was very nice. The unit contained beach chairs, umbrella, floating noodles and everything else you need. We cooked, made cookies, made frozen drinks, etc. Everything was great and we recommend it!

Quite and Peaceful

The condo is as described. The pool and common grounds are well kept. The condo is located on the southern end of Estero Blvd away from all the crowds. Heather and Mark are excellent hosts and provide a fully equipped condo for stay. Heather is great about staying in contact to answer questions. The view and breeze on the patio is breathtaking and perfect to have your morning coffee or evening cocktails. We enjoyed our stay and would defiantely stay again.

Wonderful Condo with an Amazing Beach View!

This was our first time staying at the Riviera Condo and we loved it! Although this condo is on the first floor, it’s above the parking garage and had an amazing view! The condo was clean and had everything we needed and more! Very nice pool and such an easy walk down to the beach. We have been coming to Fort Myers Beach for several years and love being on the South end of the island! The property owners were very helpful and hospitable as well! We hope to be back soon! (Our girls are already asking to come back!)

The unit is beautifully furnished. The hosts were very accomodating. We have stayed on FMB for several years now in various buildings on various floors, this is our favorite condo. The air conditioning keeps you very comfortable. The furniture is very comfortable to include the Lanai furnishings. The view is awesome at this unit, every morning we watched a Great Blue Herron catching his/ /her breakfast. The pool has a waterfall and a very big pool! Parking is close to the unit and the beach is steps away. We will be back. The unit had everything we needed to maintain our 2 week stay. The host asked us to list any improvements that could be done, the only think we could think of for our next stay here would be to leave an envelope on the counter filled with cash for our spending fun.. Wonderful place with a great host

My wife and I have stayed at multiple properties in the SWF area over the course of 25+ years. This may very well be our favorite place yet. The unit is very well equipped and extraordinarily clean. The view cannot be beat. Our favorite spot is the screened balcony. There is a constant breeze with a couple really comfortable chairs. When we were in the condo, most of our time was spent on the porch. The complex is great as well. There is a very nice pool and hot tub. Heather was very pro-active and responsive. I highly recommend this place...you will not be disappointed.

Pandemic getaway

After spending almost a year and a half at home we needed a vacation! This was a great choice to get away for a couple of weeks. We were far enough away from Fort Myers Beach to not be affected by the traffic and close enough to Bonita Springs and Naples to enjoy some nice meals and explore. We were happy with everything!

Wonderful condo, fabulous stay - highly recommend

Due to COVID remote work and distance learning, my family (2 adults, 12 & 8 yr old kids) decided to pack up and “move” our family from MN to FL for a month this winter. We picked this condo due to its proximity to the beach, and we were so happy with our choice! The condo exceeded our expectations - it was a good size, layout - and we enjoyed the beach and pool nearly every day. Heather was an absolute gem in communicating with us, and we wouldn’t hesitate staying here again. The building is in good condition, and all of the people we came across were very friendly. The pool is kept very warm and there are a lot of well maintained patio chairs/seating. The beach is only steps away, and our kids loved all the fabulous shell hunts they got to go on each day. The condo offers unbelievable sunset views. I really liked being on the first floor so we could use the stairs and not wait for an elevator. The unit is well equipped with everything you would need for your stay, including beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, a small cooler. We had never been to FMB before, and really liked this location. Traffic on the island gets pretty tough going north from about 2p until late and this is far enough south that you are away from all that. There is a Publix up the road a couple miles and a strip mall & CVS within walking distance. We enjoyed walking over and getting ice cream at Truly Scrumptious cafe many times. We also went down to Lovers Key state park and spent some time kayaking and at the beach and I would highly recommend. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this condo. Great condo!

Very nice and comfortable condo! It didn’t lack for anything. The Christmas tree was a nice touch since we were there then! Cooked many meals during our two week stay and had everything a kitchen needed. The few questions and minor issues we had were answered or taken care of quickly by the homeowners. The property as a whole is wonderful! Loved the pool! We’ll be back! Thanks Heather and Mark!
