Enjoy this 2 bed, 2 bath beachfront condo. Recently renovated throughout.

Master bedroom has king size bed and full bath. Guest room has two twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), and full bathroom with walk-in shower. Kitchen includes new Stainless Steel Appliances.


Located on the 9th floor, this condo is fully stocked and ready for you to kick up your feet and enjoy the beach in wonderful Florida. Ft. Myers is perfect for long walks along the white sandy beaches, shell collecting and deep sea fishing. There are golf courses all around the area within a few miles. Should you not have a car, a trolley stop is located right across the street and it will take you around the island as well. If you will be here for an extended period, enjoy day trips to Orlando, Tampa Bay and Miami all within about a two hour drive. Or catch the ferry to the Florida Keys daily.

2 best friends and business partners purchased this condo together. We both have wives and daughters and hope to make this condo a place we begin creating traditions and memories with our families. We both live in Iowa and hope to make this unit a home later in life.
