VILLA BELLA - AN EXCEPTIONAL 5/4 ISLAND HOME-Convenient to Old Town

29 Night Minimum Stay Required. This beautiful island retreat is secluded away on a quiet Old Town lane and features 5 large bedrooms and 4 baths for the perfect monthly getaway. The front door enters the spacious formal living room with sectional sofa sitting area with large screen tv. The room has exposed Dade County pine walls to highlight the historical part of the house. From the living room, you enter the large kitchen area with bar seating. Any chef will feel right at home here. The skylights provide ample light to fill the cathedral ceilings of this kitchen. There is a large dining table just off the kitchen which can easily seat 10. A sofa seating area adjoins the dining room for a second tv area. The sofa opens to a queen sleeper for extra guests. A full bath sits just to side of this room along with the washer and dryer.

The light filled two story central staircase streams light in all directions. From here, guests will have quick access to the pool and deck area or out the back French doors to an outdoor room, complete with TV. The patio area has a dining table, 4 lounge chairs and a gas grill to enjoy the afternoons or evenings in Key West.

Sleeping Accommodations...
The main bedroom suite sits on the ground floor of the house, directly off the pool. The room features a king size bed, ensuite bath with large, jetted tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and something special for the man in the house. A double set of French doors open to a covered porch next to the pool and spa.

Upstairs you will find four bedrooms. Two king suites on the west side of the staircase open to a Jack and Jill bathroom with tub and double vanity. The two suites on the east side feature a queen bed and a set of bunk beds, perfect for family accommodations. One of these suites has the bath attached, the other will access it from the hall.

Total bed configuration is 3 kings, 2 queens, 4 bunks and 1 sofa sleeper.

This home is large and well-laid out. It was easy to accommodate me and my husband (grandparents) and both of our sons and their families -- we slept a max of 12 but could have probably taken 2 more if we had to. There was a main LR and a smaller LR (kids with their video games -- perfect!) There was bar space to feed the kids in the kitchen as well as a separate (but not too far away) dining room for adults. The pool area was spacious and accessible from the kitchen, the mid-LR and the master suite. The master bath was spacious and easy to unpack for a month. All-in-all, we loved the house and enjoyed our time there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. House was in walking distance to just about everything. Had a car so drove to the airport and grocery store. Spent most our time outside by the pool, plenty of seating, pool noodles (we left some kick boards), beds were comfy, our only suggestion is to get new pillows. Would love to stay again this year.
