We had an absolutely amazing time! The place was clean and beautiful. This space has a view of the pool and walking distance to the beach. The communication was instant anytime we had a question. Everything was perfect! We LOVED staying here!

Our stay and the space was comfortable- although during Tropical Storm Lala. The property managers were responsive to issues. We mainly stayed in our villa, but access to the property amenities were available.

The villa was excellent. It was all first class the balcony amazing how it opens up to the whole room great for a family vacation. It being allocated with the resort with pools and Jacuzzis and slides was great for kids with the beach right there. Everything was perfect. Recommend it highly.

Amazing Location!

Beautiful property with a large lanai, multiple pools, and walking distance to the beach. The property has 2 masters which was perfect for our group. The property was very clean and had ample space for everyone. We enjoyed amazing massages at the spa on property as well. I look forward to staying there again!

Perfect Family Rental

6 total stayed here for 5 days --- and it was perfect! Very spacious, the beds were comfortable, the AC was divine, and this unit is in the back corner entrance. Walked over to the food trucks multiple times -- don't sleep on the coffee truck! We will be back.

Amazing getaway

Gorgeous condo with beautiful views. Great amenities. Close to everything you need and want. Guest services was amazing and quick to respond to any need. Highly recommend and would stay here again. We had 7 people ages 17-51. Comfortably accommodated us all.

Lovely spacious accommodations! The fairly evenly match 3 bedroom/3 bathroom set up worked perfect for our group of 3 families. Bedding was comfortable & there were useful appliances/kitchen tools (we made some breakfasts in the residence). Location was a short walk to Dukes restaurant (great food) & the beach (gorgeous- included awesome snorkeling just off shore). The residence feels secluded, but close to everywhere we wanted to be. As a group we felt like the price was worth it compared to other nearby options. We were very pleased overall.

Great family condo

The management firm is on top of everything. Constant communication and extremely responsive. The condo was an A+ property. Not sure how old it is but you’ll assume it’s brand new. We had three couples and two babies and it was perfect.

Excellent and convenient Maui location

Loved the condo and proximity to beach and local food trucks. Didn’t get our. Heck I’m instructions until I landed and called. We had an issue with ants and had to deal with ourselves as their maintenance person couldn’t come out. Not enough to keep us from coming back now that we know the drill. Probably the best place we’ve stayed in Kannapali.

The Honua Kai manages the pest control at the resort and performs quarterly treatments, but ants can find their way in. Typically, we can assist regardless of the hour, but due to a staffing issue, we were unable to assist that night and apologize that you needed to deal with them yourselves. AMAZING - Will return for years to come!

AMAZING rental, just like the photos. We stayed with a party of 7, 6 adults and 1 infant and it was couldn't have been a better place. Super safe for the baby and really nice for the adults. Easy access to all the resort amenities. The only thing to point out is that while the stove top is a really nice induction stove, the pots and pans provided are not actually induction cookware. So either the stove doesn't recognize that there is a pot/pan on top of it, or it takes a really long time to heat up. It's not the stove, it's the cookware! In the whole scheme on things, a very minor issue. If you are traveling with little ones, you can also send packages in advance that will be brought to your rental when you arrive which makes traveling there even easier. We've definitely found a place that we will go to again and again in the coming years!

Beautiful, Convenient location!

Beautiful spot perfect for a larger family or Several couples. All high end appliances. Beautiful lanai and outdoor kitchen. More cleaning supplies would have been helpful and more bath towels were needed in every bathroom (we were only provided two in each bathroom) but otherwise everything was great.
