Huge 4-Level, End-Unit Townhome with updated furnishings throughout. You'll love the brand new private hot tub after a long day of enjoying everything Breckenridge has to offer. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you'll need during your stay. The large dining table can accommodate 10 people, plus room for 4 more at the island. 3 private decks to take in the views, where we often see Fox and Moose right outside the back door. Upstairs you'll find a very large loft, perfect to allow large groups to spread out. And the location is impossible to beat with the Snowflake lift just steps away across the street, as well as a lift ticket window and a ski rental shop. You'll also be just a 5 minute walk from all of the restaurants and shops on Main St. For those that would rather not walk, the free Bus has a stop just steps away from your door. Guests also have free access to the Upper Village Pool and Hot Tubs that are just a few blocks away. All bedrooms (and the living room and loft) have smart TV's with streaming services built in as well as YouTube TV for live TV programming.

Great stay in Breck!
This townhouse is conveniently located within a short walk of the Snowflake lift so you can avoid the lines at the bases. It held 2 families of 5 very comfortably and comes with a well-appointed kitchen. We'll definitely be back!
Elk Ridge retreat was a great location for our family of 8 adults plus an infant and toddler to enjoy Breckenridge. We used Mountain Tots to rent some baby equipment although we discovered there already was a pack and play at the house. It is close to a ski lift and the free shuttle bus. The 2nd day our skiers discovered the best route back to the house which made it better. The bedrooms/bathrooms are well arranged on different levels to give privacy - although going up and down several flights of stairs can be exhausting when one is not adapted to the altitude. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing your own meals. We enjoyed our stay and family time at Elk Ridge Retreat!
Amazing location. Loved proximity to lifts and buses. Really comfortable beds. Nice views. Plenty of room for families and kids. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Super convenient and cozy
This place is perfect for so many reasons. It's spacious, comfortable and close to everythign that makes Breck great. You're a short walk to Snowflake lift which gets you acces to the mountain as well as a ski rental shop and lift ticket window at Blue Sky. You're also a 10 minute walk into downtown or a 2 minute drive. We really enojoyed the private hot tub at the house with mountain views and the warmth of the fireplace in the living room, not to mention the heated floors throughout! This is a great place to stay in any season and we will look here first for our next trip back.
This property was perfect for our family vacation! Clean, spacious, and great location. Decor, furnishings, linens etc. were all top notch. Property management kept in touch throughout our stay and quickly responded to a request we had. We will stay there again!
The entire process was extremely easy, from booking to check in and checkout. The home was as advertised and located close to everything Breckenridge has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.
It was an adequate place to spend a fun filled week! Only request would be to be more descriptive when describing the property as a four story condo, lots of steps & tight very tight parking spots! Otherwise great place!

Home Away from Home!
This amazing home is truly our home away from home! It has everything we were searching for, including ski in/ski out access at the Snowflake Lift, a very short, easy walk to Main St, private hot tub, and it's one of the largest slopeside Townhomes in Breckenridge with plenty of room to spread out. Love, love, love this place!

Why they chose this property
I fell in love with the mountains in 2001 after graduating from college at the University of Kansas. I spent one winter as a ski bum before entering "the real world". When I started work and moved away, I made a promise to myself that I'd eventually purchase a ski home before I turned 40. Fast forward 17 years (and a wife, 2 kids, and 3 dogs) later, and we were able to make that dream finally become a reality 1 month before that 40th birthday. It was a dream almost 20yrs in the making, and I still pinch myself waking up there, in the middle of the mountains, every time we stay. We've updated and refreshed practically everything since we purchased it to make it as welcoming and comfortable as possible. When we stepped into this home, we knew it was the perfect place for our family to start making a lifetime of memories in the mountains, and we can't wait for you to experience it and make your own memories here too.
What makes this property unique
The location was the biggest selling point on this home for us. It's extremely rare to find a home that is both ski in/out as well as walkable to downtown/Main St. You typically can have one, but not the other in Breckenridge.
