Our stay at this beautiful property was very cozy and comfortable! The pictures and description were extremely accurate and the neighborhood is very quiet and quaint. Tom was the best host and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will definitely return!

Can't say enough good things about the Spruce Nest and our host Tom. Tom is a fantastic host with a great notebook with property instructions and information. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was very clean. The new AC was a huge plus as it was fairly warm during our visit.

If you're headed to Steamboat - this is THE PLACE to stay. This home is so much more than the description can describe. The location is amazing only to be outdone by the amazing hosts and well appointed home. You will have everything you need, access to any suggestions you could need in a well kept home in a precious neighborhood. The layout is perfect for a little bit of quiet and a lot of fun together. You are walk-ably close to all the great food and shopping and exploration you could want. We loved it, our adult daughter loved it, and our dog was so happy to be with the family on this trip. We would stay at Tom's place any time and can't wait to visit SB here again.

The Spruce Nest was wonderful and Tom is a wonderful host! He thought of every little detail and made our stay so easy - especially with 3 dogs! Location is great, close to town and to trails/off leash dog park. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Excellent stay in Steamboat

Great location, 5 minute walking distance to downtown, clean, great beds and pillows, great towels, all necessities provided. Would definitely stay again and will tell all our friends.

Home was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen had all the amenities one could possibly need.Spent quality time with family. Howyadoin pizza,Backyard grill and Winona’s were all excellent eating establishments. I especially appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the host.Will definitely stay there again if in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay here and wish we had longer! Plenty of space for 2 adults, 2 kids, and our dog. We were able to walk everywhere and barely used our car thanks to the perfect location in Old Town. This will definitely be our new Steamboat go-to when we come back.

Great ski weekend

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a weekend! Lots of thoughtful details at the rental made us feel comfortable and at home, we will definitely be returning soon.

Wonderful location & amazing host! Tom went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable - even helping us out with a flat tire. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. We brought our dog and loved the proximity to the dog park. The house was well appointed with everything we needed and it was a quick 10 minute walk into downtown. We would highly recommend Spruce Nest!

Downtown Steamboat

We loved staying here. The house was cleaned, organized and the host had everything we needed.The host was available any time if we needed anything. We loved that the house was close to downtown and we could walk there. Also it was very convenient to had a dog park that was a few blocks away. We definitely will be back.

Fabulous in every way

We stayed in Steamboat for 2 weeks with family to celebrate our 50th anniversary. This location is perfect for downtown events, restaurants & shopping. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and Tom is a great host. Hope to come back!
