SMALL COTTAGE BY THE POND<br><br>In a preserved setting in the Poitevin Marshes, in southern Vendée; a small cottage for 2 people by the pond.<br>Fishing available.<br>THE SURROUNDINGS<br>The studio is located on the shore of a 2-hectare pond.<br>You’ll be surrounded by unspoiled nature, 2 km from the village centre (population 1,000). <br>THE COTTAGE<br>The cottage consists of:<br>• A living area with kitchen, including a 4-burner gas stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, and a television. Wi-Fi.<br>• Sleeping area with a 140-bed.<br>• A bathroom with a vanity unit, shower, and toilet.<br><br>For anglers, night fishing is permitted. Private, enclosed ponds: no fishing licence required.<br>Weekend and week-long rentals

Dépaysement complet avec une proximité avec la nature très appréciable. L'endroit est propice au repos et à a détente et l'accueil des propriétaires tout simplement parfait. Excellent séjour, à recommander sans restriction.
