About this property

Apartment with Ocean View and Golf Course at La Hacienda

Brand new and contemporary style apartment with fantastic sea views, located in the small village of La Alcaidesa, just 300 metres from the beach. Large outdoor pool, gym and indoor pool.

The apartment is located on the new La Hacienda Golf Course. Many golf courses in the surrounding area such as the Real Club Valderrama, La Reserva Club Sotogrande, San Roque Golf Club, Finca Cortesin, ...

The beach of La Alcaidesa is still very natural and little exploited, it stretches from the seaside resort of Sotogrande to the famous Rock of Gibraltar. Plenty of opportunities for walks and very nice beach bars and restaurants open all year round. Ideal for kite surfers; if the wind is favourable, you can kite on the beach of La Alcaidesa, otherwise Tarifa is a 40-minute drive away.

The apartment is suitable for both summer and winter and is perfect for home working thanks to its beautiful coworking space!

As an indication, the Alcaidesa is located 1 hour from Malaga, 10 minutes from the marina of Sotogrande, 25 minutes from Estepona and 25 minutes from the beautiful white village of Casares.

Great place! View from the patio is first rate. Same for the pool and gym. Owners and their on-site friend communicate well. Tennis, golf, and a couple of decent restos close. Best supermarket of our month long trip El Cortez Ingles 20 mins for good wines and just about anything else. 50 mins to Tarifa for kiteboading. Beach by lighthouse is a great sunset walk. Was perfect for us, Will stay again! Thanks for sharing your place.

Amazing Stay at Sotogrande Golf Links II La Hacienda

We came to Sotogrande for our daughter's summer camp and had an excellent stay at Hugues' apartment at Golf Links II La Hacienda subdivision. It is a gated community with access to a large pool, gym, and spa on the property. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, overlooking Gibraltar, the beach, and the lighthouse. It is very quiet during the day and at night. We really enjoyed staying on the terrace and admiring the view. The apartment has everything inside, and it is very clean, spacious, and modern. It was a perfect stay, and we would love to come back next year.

Paradise

So, we found a little bit of paradise in Cadiz. Tucked away in a gated golf-course community, this spacious and modern apartment became our oasis. It had stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, slivers of beautiful landscaping, a historic lighthouse (Faro Carbonera) to the left, the Rock of Gibraltar to the right, and a continuous storytelling of ships and boats moving along through the Strait. In five minutes, you can walk to the beach, which is emblematic of the pristine and wild Costa de Luz. There is a large public pool, gym and spa on the premises, and even the convenience of a small supermarket and varied restaurants within the neighborhood, so you could spend all your time here without any real need to drive very far. We fell in love with the home's comfortable furniture, unforgettable views and light, and the cleanliness and convenience of the house in general...and would recommend this abode to anyone who wants to experience a little bit of paradise! Owner Hugues is very kind and helpful, and Margarita, who checked us in, could not have been more warm and inviting. A perfect trip from start to finish.

Landlord is unprofessional

Without any notice, he asked for a large deposit in cash despite no advance warning in the listing . At checkout, he asked for additional money to clean the sheets! Never has this happened before. If there is a cleaning fee, it should be in the listing. The place itself is exactly as advertised but we had issues with the remote to get in and out of the property & garage/. Nice place, difficult owner

Response from VrboOwner on 6 Oct 2022
Thank you for your appreciation and sorry for the mis-understanding regarding the deposit and rental of the bed sheets. You were our first reservation via Arbitel and indeed we forgot to put those costs on the listing. However we reached out to you via e-mail immediately to inform you about the mistake. You were fully aware about the fact that the deposit had to be paid separately and still confirmed your reservation. With regard to the bed sheets, you finally did not have to pay for it. With regard to the remote control for the garage, it has been replaced in the 24 hours and was properly working. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and confirm that Abritel listing is now updated and complete. We agree with you it is a very nice place :) Hope to see you again with less administrative burden
