The Apartment is located right in the center of all the fun in Lower Village Kennebunk & Kennebunkport. Step outside your door to beautiful shops, cafes and restaurants or walk to the beach for the day. This spacious and bright two bedroom apartment is owned by an interior designer and was just completed in the Summer of 2020. Special attention was paid to providing a gorgeous functional design and quality furnishings and fixtures.. The 2 bedrooms have King sized beds in each with high end bedding and Casper pillows.

Kennebunk Gem

Beautiful property, immaculately maintained and centrally located to all Kennebunk/Kennebunkport has to offer. We were able to leave the car and walk everywhere! Can’t wait to come back - absolutely loved it!

Second floor unit on top of a great home shop. Very tastefully decorated. Brand new. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach. We loved it.

Perfect place close to downtown

My wife and 3 kids stayed at this property in August 2021. It was perfect. It's a well-appointed 2 BDRM / 1 BATH unit that was brand new. Beds were great, bathroom was beautiful, kitchen was open, couches were comfortable. It's a 1 min walk to shops and a 7 min walk to the center of town - very convenient if you want to pop into town on a regular basis. We absolutely loved staying here and Nicki was very responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Great location. Parking right at door. Nice new appliances. Good bed with great linens. Great shower and big fluffy towels. Cream and white light contemporary furnishings. Top of the line washer and dryer but no detergent. Great refrigerator but no ice maker and not even an ice tray. A TV but no one could work. It’s a SMART tv. Even owner said she couldn’t work it! Sent her son to try to operate. No luck. Promised a new tv next day. Guess what they brought? Yes a new SMART tv. No cnn or fox or abc or cbs or nbc. Only news channel we could get was CBSN !?!? We were there six nights and believe me we were sick Of seeing CNSN. I would love to stay there again but it’s not cheap and not having a regular tv tells me to look elsewhere.

My listing is clear that there is a Smart TV and no cable tv. It is a Samsung 50" Smart 4K Crystal HDR UHD TV TU8000 Series It was dinner time when Patsy and her husband expressed confusion about how to use the smart TV shortly after their arrival. I sent my son to show her what to do as I was cooking dinner. He helped her get online and walked her through how to use the TV. The tv was a great 50" TV but did not allow mirroring from a phone which would have enabled Patsy to watch anything she could stream. The next morning, I purchased a new tv with more options and one that was more user friendly for someone unfamiliar with how to use a smart tv. We loaded our personal netflix and hulu for their use. When Patsy still had trouble getting her stations, I again sent help to assist her. I understand it was frustrating for her. Technology can be challenging and I did all I could to help Patsy and her husband.

Amazing, clean and beautiful apartment!

My reserved this apartment for my parents who traveled to ME from MI. It was absolutely perfect in every way. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable beds/furniture, the location you can not beat and the hostess was so kind and helpful. It was also very peaceful and quiet. We would rent again!! Thank you SO much!!

Amazing & The Best Location

Nicki’s place is amazing! It’s gorgeously decorated in designer furniture, comfortable beds, and neutral tones. It is also located in one of the best locations to visit Kennebunkport - walking distance to everything! I would highly recommend staying here - you won’t regret it!

A wonderful two days in Kennebunkport. Perfect location and a warm and comfortable condo. Well supplied kitchen and the chocolates and bath supplies were a welcoming treat. High end linens and towels. Excellent communication from the owner and would recommend highly recommend toanyone staying in Kennebunkport.

Why they chose this property

I developed this property in 2019-2020. I own a lifestyle shop that is open on the first floor and built the apartment above to showcase my interior design and to welcome visitors from near and far. It's a wonderful location for shopping and dining and as a hub to enjoy our great state of Maine.

What makes this property unique

I love being able to walk everywhere while on vacation and this spot allows visitors to see all the great sites on foot or to explore further by car.
