Our family loved this home. It’s a beautiful location and within walking distance to downtown Kennebunkport and if you’re active it’s an easy walk to the other end of town. We will definitely stay again!

We love staying at Martha’s house every summer. It’s spacious, clean and has the most beautiful property. Being so close to town is a huge perk too. It’s a hidden gem - hidden from the street and feels like your secluded, but your a short walk to town. Our favorite place to visit!

We loved our stay at Martha's Kennebunk house! Check in was easy; the house is very well-equipped; beautiful water views, great location, fun to kayak from the dock and be able to walk into town and to the beach. We have rented many other places for family vacations over the years, and we all agree that this is the best place we have ever stayed!

We have stayed in this house for our annual girls trip 3 times now, and every time we love it more! Great location-- can walk to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful house, great deck and sunroom for morning coffee. Kitchen is perfect for a group gathering. Nic mattress in the master BR. If I were to suggest something to improve the experience, it would be to improve the mattresses in the secondary bedrooms. But overall, a wonderful home.

Family vacation

We had the perfect stay! The house was clean and stocked with all the necessities and then some. The views were incredible, kayaks made for built in fun, and the house is walking distance to so much.

This home is one of the nicest we have stayed in. Everything was clean and properly stocked. The walk to Kennebunkport and the square is 10-15 minutes. The surrounding area is easy to access.Martha is delightful in her communications, instructions are clear, and she provided a nice guide to the area.Easy to recommend and will definitely stay there again.
