Large, bright, open kitchen and living area with fireplace. Kitchen includes beautiful granite counter tops and new appliances. New washer & dryer included. Spacious garage (1 of 3 garage parking spaces will be filled with owner's personal vehicle). 15 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport in a gated community. 1/2 mile to Walgreens, CVS, Target, Fry's Grocery Store, and several restaurants. ***Pool is not heated Nov-Feb***

Amazing Getaway

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this South Mountain residence. The house is located in that sweet spot where it is easy to get to from the airport and freeway, but far enough away that there isn't any noise pollution. If and when we are heading back to Phoenix in the future, this house will be the first place we look into to stay.

Great Stay!

Had a great stay here for an extended weekend with friends. The house is exactly as pictured, everything is excellent condition. Super clean on arrival. We’ll stocked kitchen, with pots, pans, plenty of dishes and glasses, even food storage containers. We grilled two nights. Great location for South Mountain hiking - trailhead is right down 24th. Grocery a block away. Mostly chain restaurants in this area, but only 10-15 mins from downtown so worked fine for us. Great patio and pool. Nice and quiet, facing the golf course. Heated pool and spa INCLUDED!
