Every day is a vacation when you're enjoying picture perfect sunsets overlooking the Legacy golf course from the stunning pool & spa. Large natural grass yard. Amazing master suite. Large, bright, open kitchen and living area with fireplace. Kitchen includes beautiful granite counter tops and new appliances. New washer & dryer included. Spacious garage (1 of 3 garage parking spaces will be filled with owner's personal vehicle). 15 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport in a gated community. 1/2 mile to Walgreens, CVS, Target, Fry's Grocery Store, and several restaurants. ***Pool is not heated Nov-Feb***
