Hello! We are Scott and Marianne Rottman. We have owned this home since 2015. When Scott was in high school, his best friend's family owned this home. When they retired, we had the opportunity to purchase it. Our friends who rented from us for 3 years moved out and we renovated it. We are from Reno but Tempe is a second home to us.
