Cozy Comfort in a Great Location!

Our family really enjoyed staying here. Our kids loved the space and could really relax after a long day out and about. Location is terrific for local shops, nice places to eat and transportation to the city.

Excellent stay. It feels humid when you arrive, but when you turn on the humidifier, it goes away... it looks exactly like the photos, with its wonderful garden, everything is really comfortable and beautiful, despite being under the access stairs.

Hoboken is a quiet place to stay with a lot of cute shops and restaurants nearby. Also, the bus is around the corner and drops you at 42nd street within 20 mins. Nice beds, great amenities (appreciated the ear plugs as I am a sensitive sleeper).

Stayed 4 nights with our 2 kids during heat of the summer. This place gave us tons of room for everyone, had great beds & pillows, soft towels, a fully equipped kitchen, a great sofa, a fun patio -- all very clean and in a fantastic part of Hoboken. Overall a comfortable stay, this property is very well located and close to many transport options, including the NJ transit bus to Port Authority (midtown NYC). Basement apartment was well presented although access to the front door could be improved as it is not very welcoming. We feel blessed ...

The apartment was perfect for our family holiday to NYC - Dad, Mom and Son - in so many ways: Size Location - quiet street Proximity to public transit Neighbourhood - this part of Hoboken is very vibrant e.g. cafes, restaurants, etc I'm not sure if we'll ever be back this way, but if we do we'd love to stay at this apartment. We highly recommend.
