Spend your days relaxing on the white sand beaches, swimming in the Gulf, fishing in St. Joe Bay, kayaking, or taking in the unforgettable sunsets Cape San Blas is known for.

We are also pet friendly and welcome up to 2 dogs, so your four-legged family members can enjoy the vacation too.

Our neighborhood perfectly captures the relaxed charm of the Forgotten Coast. The area is known for its wide, flat beaches that are perfect for long walks, beach days, shell collecting, and watching unforgettable sunsets. We love how quiet and laid back the neighborhood feels compared to busier beach destinations, making it the perfect place to truly unwind and enjoy time with family and friends. One of our favorite parts of the area is the incredible wildlife. It’s common to see deer, coastal birds, and other native wildlife throughout the neighborhood, which adds to the peaceful natural setting. The location is also ideal — tucked away enough to feel private and relaxing, while still being convenient to nearby towns and restaurants. We are located about 9 miles from the heart of Port St. Joe and roughly 20 miles from the charming town of Apalachicola, making it easy to explore the best of the area while still enjoying a quiet beach retreat.

Our home offers a combination of comfort, outdoor space, and easy beach access that makes every stay feel relaxing and effortless. This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is perfect for families, couples, and groups looking to enjoy the Cape San Blas area with all the comforts of home. One of the standout features is the large fenced-in yard, giving guests plenty of room to relax, play, and let their dogs safely enjoy the outdoors. We’re proudly pet-friendly and welcome up to 2 50lb dogs, making it easy to bring the whole family along for vacation. Guests also love the screened-in porch for morning coffee or evening dinners, as well as the outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The community boardwalk beach access is just a short walk away, providing convenient access to the beautiful Gulf beaches while still offering a peaceful, laid-back setting away from crowded resort areas. Whether you’re here for beach days, fishing, sunsets, or simply relaxing, our home offers the perfect mix of coastal charm, comfort, and space to unwind.
