Two large master suites with king sized beds and adjoining baths. Third bedroom also has a king sized bed. It connects to master bedroom with french doors and has a private entrance to the back deck. Grill on the back porch. Comfortably sleeps 6 adults in beds. Beach & bay views from decks. 2 minute walk to the board walk, then one minute walk from boardwalk to beach. Quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly beaches on a leash.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfectly located to have ideal access to both the state park on the cape as well as shopping and dining options in Port St. Joe. The walk to the beach from the beach house was pleasant and the boardwalk out to the beach was very well maintained. I would definitely recommend this location to others (and I have), and I will almost certainly be returning in the future.

We loved this house! Layout was great and it was setup for a convenient and great vacation! There really is no water view because of some overgrown palms but the location is great! Short walk to the beach the beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. Would most definitely stay again!!

We enjoyed the location, access to beach cart and toys, and the beds- they were big and comfortable! Communicated from the property owner was also good. The kitchen was well stocked, but cleanliness could be improved- there was hair in the bathrooms and dirty dishes in the cabinets. Peaceful Paradise

This was our second time staying at the Pelican’s Nest, and both years have been such a dream! We love that it is dog-friendly, because our lab lives the beach! This is her vacation every year! The house is spotless, spacious, and very close to the sand! Lots of delicious restaurants near by. We will be back!

We had a great stay! The house was clean and had plenty of space for our family and dog. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and the trading post. We would definitely stay here again.

Tons of amenities, beach carts, chairs, sand crab and shell rakes, two outdoor grills, fireplace, all sorts of kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. Overall a fantastic place to stay

Perfect family getaway!

Private quiet and quaint community which is what I was looking for. Easy beach access. We didn’t use beach accessories but everything is there for you if needed. House was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the attached patio. There are amazing restaurants within a short driving distance. It’s a perfect getaway to the beach or the bay.

Pelican’s Nest - A Family Tradition!

This is was our fourth stay at Pelican’s Nest, and, as always, we had a fantastic time! The beach house was clean and tidy and contained everything we could possibly need. Hurricane Debby got pretty close, and Erin was quick to reach out and offered to refund days if we chose to leave early. We chose to stick it out, and enjoyed some gorgeous weather the remainder of the trip!

Great host

Erin was wonderful to deal with. Communication was very fast. This was a very last minute booking. House is decorated cute and not far down Cape San Blas so easy access to Indian Pass and Port St Joe. Very short walk to the beach on community boardwalk. Would definitely stay again.
