One bedroom condo with an amazing view of the Sea of Cortez and a beautiful view of the Resort pools from the balcony. From the condo, you're within 100 yards of the ocean! With its Sandy Beaches, the condo is located within the Sonoran Spa Resort.

Unlike other resorts and rental companies, we provide you a code for you to go to the condo as soon as you arrive, saving you much wasted time at the check-in counter. With restaurants like Banditos, Changos, Garufa Argentinian Steakhouse, Jalapeno & Tequila, as well as italian pizzeria and ice cream shop, there's no need to travel into town.

My significant other and I fell in love with this location. After visiting for years and staying at other resorts, we knew we wanted a place here that we could call 'home' so we purchased a condo and now share it with guests that like to visit Puerto Penasco.

I lived in the U.S for many many years and still visit but I am a Sonora MX resident and love the area and great location.

Why they chose this property

Located on Sandy Beach, it is ideal for everyone and there are plenty of things to do from Kayaks, jet skis, fishing and much more. The view from the condo's kitchen, specially from the balcony, overseeing the pool's at the resort and the view of the Ocean is fantastic! At night, you can hear the waves from the ocean and it's just a great sound. If you love Sandy beaches, you cannot beat this location. You are 120 yards from the ocean.

What makes this property unique

By renting from an owner directly, you avoid long lines waiting at the check in counter of rental companies. You arrive at the Sonoran Spa, park and go right up to the condo. It's that easy!
