About this property

Villa "Melen" with an indoor pool heated to 28° year-round

The Villa de Lantic is located in a small town very quiet and relaxing but is close to the beaches (Binic, St Quay Portrieux, Etables sur Mer) which are 5 -7 km away.
The indoor pool is a real plus, you can swim in it in any weather and at any time!

Do not hesitate to contact us for bed linen, towel and cleaning packages.

A deposit cheque of 800€ will be requested upon arrival.

Description of the house

On the ground floor, you will find:

- a fitted kitchen open to the dining room and living room
The dining room is equipped with a large table with 8 chairs
The living room is composed of a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a smart TV. We have fibre and fibre TV as well

- a shower room and toilet
- a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed
- a laundry room with a washing machine
- a 3.50m x 7m swimming pool heated to 28° all year round

Upstairs you will find:

- a master suite with a 160 x 200 bed and its shower room
- a bedroom with a bunk bed (90 x 190)
- a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190) and possibility of a travel cot
- a bathroom with bathtub
- a separate toilet


Outside:

- a 60m² terrace facing south-west
- a fully enclosed plot of 800m²
- a ping pong table

Excellent house

Great house, (2 double bedrooms, twin bedroom, bunk bed bedroom) facilities all fantastic, very clean and well maintained. Pool perfect for us. Good location for us. Hosts lovely and made us feel very welcome. We had a lovely holiday here.

Superbe grande maison, tout confort, trés bien équipée, beau jardin, terrasse et grande piscine intérieure. Super séjour dans cette très belle maison à Lantic. Tout était parfait.

Nous avons tout aimé, l'aménagement de la maison, la propreté des lieux, l'extérieur et la très belle piscine intérieure, ainsi que l'accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires.

Grande maison avec piscine intérieure

J'avais choisi cette maison pour pour sa piscine intérieure et je n'ai pas été déçue. La piscine est de très bonne taille, l'eau est douce et sans produits chimiques. Elle est éclairée par de grandes baies vitrées la température est constante à 28 degrés aucun entretien pendant notre séjour. La maison a une décoration design et épurée dans laquelle on se sent bien. Très grande cuisine fonctionnelle avec de l'électroménager récent et de bonne qualité. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec des salles de bain modernes. La maison est neuve et très propre. La terrasse est bien équipée de transats, d'une grande table extérieure et d'un barbecue. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette demeure. Si l'occasion se présente je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner en toute saison car la région est vraiment très jolie.
