Panoramic sea view, near Beach, cozy house for 8 pers

Overlooking the sea and the marina, all in clarity, the house offers all the modern comforts.

** Space day consisting of a large entrance, a living room of 50m2 with:
   - Open kitchen and complete equipment of quality,
   - Living room, dining area with a large bay opening onto the large terrace, lounge / TV area with two large sofas and armchairs, fireplace
    - WC, Laundry.

** Sleeping area with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets:
   - 1 suite sea view with terrace, bathroom with Italian shower and toilet
   - 1 double room sea view and terrace
   - 1 twin bedroom with sea view and terrace
   - 1 bedroom double bed and private bathroom, wc

Linens are provided and beds are made upon your arrival.
The house is very bright with its large windows in every room.

Garden closed sea view, against low. Parking in front of the house.
Internet. Radio, speaker, games and reading available. On request baby equipment (bed, chair)

The view from the house offers a permanent show with the color changes of the sky and the sea.

The house is located near the beach and shops (300 m). All amenities are there: pharmacy, crossroads city, bakery, butcher, big market on Thursday, many bars and restaurants, fashion stores, deco, flea market, paint gallery, press, toys, etc ...

BINIC is a charming little welcoming harbor.
The many restaurants, shops and various events make Binic a lively resort all year round.

In summer, young and old alike find their happiness: beach club, swimming pools, water sports, sea trips, entertainment clubs, bowling games.

Visits and excursions are organized by the tourist office. Numerous festivals and festivals (Cod Festival in May, Folk Blues Festival the last WE of July) and many events throughout the year.

Without forgetting the long walks on the way of customs and the GR 20 along the coast.

In winter, tides and storms make the show. We will never tire of our wonderful landscapes of seascapes so changeable.

A beautiful house in a fantastic location with a lovely host.We had a wonderful stay, and the views from balconies and windows are very special. Every amenity is provided and the house is beautifully presented. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Lovely house

We had a lovely stay in this house. It feels spacious and very well equipped with a fantastic view and such easy access to the beach the the town of Binic. We would definitely come again!

Two weeks was not enough.

We three adults had a wonderful time eating , drinking wine, and enjoying the views from the deck. Would definitely return. Two weeks is not enough. The house is very well set with good privacy for six adults. Excellent cuisine.

We had an amazing time in Binic. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of space for 7 of us (4 adults & 3 children), fully equipped kitchen and the sea views were wonderful to wake up to every morning! The beach is just a 10 minute walk from the house. Time the trip well though, otherwise it’s a long walk to the sea when the tide goes out! It’s a lovely beach and our children had lots of fun playing in the sand.The Binic market on Thursday is fantastic and has all you need. Plus there is a big Super U just 5 minute drive away.There are so many places to visit while staying here too. We would definitely come back and highly recommend!

Maison très agréable à vivre en intérieur.

Maison très agréable en intérieur car spacieuse, lumineuse et bien équipée. Dommage qu’on ne puisse profiter des extérieurs car le bruit de la départementale est trop présent . Très bien située pour se rendre à pieds à la plage ou dans binic en 10, 15 minutes .

Magnifique !

Nous avons passé 3 merveilleuses semaines dans la maison d'Annick. La maison a tous les équipements nécessaires pour un séjour confortable et en toute tranquillité. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent au vu des prestations proposées. La vue et l'emplacement de la propriété sont incroyables. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de nous ennuyer, étant donné toutes les activités proposées à Binic et dans les environs. Merci à Annick pour son accueil et nous espérons revenir bientôt.

Maison spacieuse, très claire avec vue sur mer à chaque baie vitrée. Bien agencée, on peut cohabiter à 8 personnes sans être les uns sur les autres. Séjour super agréable.

Maison très agréable avec une jolie vue mer

Maison très fonctionnelle, avec 3 chambres avec 2 SDB au RDC et une chambre avec SDB au 2ème étage. Ceci permet une bonne intimité entre ces 2 niveaux. Propriétaire très agréable et disponible. La cuisine est bien équipée, comme « chez soi » Vacances agréables, avec un temps « Breton » !

Super séjour avec vue imprenable !

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour à 5 dans cette maison très confortable, bien équipée et avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de binic. Même quand la météo ne s'annonce pas geniale il y a toujours des moments où l'on peut profiter du soleil sur la terrasse.
