Beautiful location with great ammenities. The downside is this is a Marriott Resort and they don't like owners using their properties as an investment/business.

I almost don’t want to say how amazing it is so that this gem of a place stays hidden but it was the perfect place for my family of 6. We had plenty of room, there was so much to do, the staff was amazing. Highly recommend.

The property was wonderful and everything was just perfect! Resort rentals agents were always quick to reply and were able to get all my requests honored and made our stay perfect! Beautiful layout. As comfortable as home. Everything we needed was there. Only thing to know ahead of time is first floor units may not have an ocean view. Though it was never stated, a map overview makes it seem like they all would be.

Awesome Property

This was our 7th year to stay at this resort. It is immaculate, well-maintained, and located between Laguna Beach and Newport Beach with easy access to the gorgeous Crystal Cove State Beach. We love it here. The management is wonderful. Our host, Resort Rentals International, was excellent and very responsive. We highly recommend this property and this host!

Great place-condo living on resort property!

Had a great time at the Marriott Newport villas-traveled with our 14 year old son. Was very nice to have the convenience of a kitchen and laundry in the unit I’m a resort setting. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Very nice to have basketball court on site as wel. Only downside is it was not immediately oceanfront, but the shuttles ran frequently. Would visit this area again-so much to see and do! Thanks Resort Rentals for the great communication and quick responses.

Awesome Property!

Don’t be fooled by the pictures, they do not do this property justice! The grounds are meticulously, kept, and there are a ton of amenities that you do not see in the photos. There are quite a few pools, basketball court, fire pits, volleyball, game room, fitness activities, etc. There’s a shuttle that runs to the beach daily and it is much closer than it appears! The staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Bring your family and plan to spend a few days at the property, taking advantage of of the activities.

We have stayed at this property several years and love the location and big villas. However, this year the master shower had big clumps of hair at the drain & a plastic ,I’d for a disposable razor on the floor that was stepped on and hurt. Also found a open safety pin on the bedroom floor. I reported it and they did a full clean the next day but not a good way to start our stay. My only other complaint is they only have towel service by the pool on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You have to drag your wet towels to your villa then call for towel replacement. This is ridiculous and should be changed. The food by the pool was very good and plentiful .

Both requests were never received per check in

We emailed two times at least two weeks before our stay for upstairs villa with ocean view. Every villa has an ocean view and I know nothing is guaranteed but really??? We got back villa, bottom floor with view of canyon. Person at check in said they never received our request therefore we go the worst villa I’ve ever stayed in. Have been going there for years! We could hear every footstep above us and sounded like they were playing football every single night. Constant pounding with running literally for hours at night. We asked if we could get another room and we’re told they couldn’t move us because they “didn’t do that”. Really??? Obviously the resort didn’t get our request weeks beforehand so communication is definitely lacking. We’ll stay at Marriott Newport in the future but don’t think we’ll go through VRBO.
