Hi Connie, Thank you for the review. Please come see us again soon, and thanks for taking great care of the property!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re glad to hear that your check-in went smoothly and that our communication helped make your stay enjoyable. We love that you were able to take advantage of the home’s beachfront location and private pathway to the beach. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back for another relaxing beach getaway soon!

We are certainly happy to hear you head a great stay at Beach Days and would stay again. Although you had an AC issue, we are glad we could remedy it efficiently and it didn't interfere with your stay. We hope you do come stay with us again!

We’re thrilled to hear that your group of 14 had such a great stay and enjoyed the home, the beach access, and the incredible views. We’re glad the kitchen had everything you needed for meals and morning coffee. We truly appreciate your feedback about the beach path. That’s a helpful suggestion, and we’ll look into adding a clearer note for guests about wearing shoes and being mindful of the walkway and surrounding vegetation. We want everyone to enjoy the beach access safely and comfortably. Thank you again for choosing our home for your IOP getaway. We’re so happy you had a peaceful and memorable trip, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!

Thank you for choosing to stay with us for your winter Charleston girls trip and for leaving us a review. We appreciate you highlighting our service and hope to have you visit us again soon! Thank you for the gorgeous picture too.

Thank you for staying with us and for providing valuable feedback that helps us improve. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so glad you enjoyed the beautiful beach views, found the home clean, and were able to take advantage of the new grill and beach chairs during your stay. We appreciate you bringing the deck, boardwalk, and air conditioning concerns to our attention. Guest safety and comfort are very important to us, and we've shared your comments with our maintenance team. We're also pleased to hear our management team was responsive and worked to address the AC during your stay, though we're sorry it didn't perform to your expectations. We would like to mention it was the hottest on record for that time of year with a 110 feel temperature. It is very difficult for AC's to keep up with that. Thank you again for staying with us. We truly value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience on your next visit.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay and, most importantly, that a guest was impacted by the closet rod incident. Guest safety is our top priority, and we take concerns like this seriously. We appreciate you bringing these maintenance items to our attention. We are reviewing the closet support, porch screens, deck boards, tile flooring, and front steps so that the necessary repairs and improvements can be addressed. We strive to provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for every guest, and your comments help us identify areas that need attention. 7/7 UPdate: all items have been addressed.
