The main house has a lovely, open plan living kitchen merging in to a large dining room with fireplace and sunny living room in the conservatory with TV. Wi-Fi is available in the entire house. In front of the living room there is a large patio on the south side with a view of Zugspitze. The house has a basement with plenty of storage space for skis, bikes etc. and a yard for 2 cars. Bank, bakery, grocery stores, pharmacy and swimming pool are very close by. The location is ideal for winter and summer sports, like skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, etc.
