The Space:

Sunlight glints off the harbor as boats drift past and a soft coastal breeze moves through the palms. Mornings unfold slowly here - coffee in hand, water views in every direction, and the quiet rhythm of Holiday Isle setting the pace. By afternoon, you’re floating between pool, dock, and beach, with the Gulf never far from sight.



Set directly on the Destin Harbor, Sun Kissed is an 8-bedroom, 7-bath waterfront estate designed for shared time without feeling crowded. The home sleeps up to 22 guests and spans three levels, with multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces that let everyone settle in comfortably. Private, gated beach access places the shoreline just moments away, while the harborfront setting brings ever-changing views of passing boats and calm coastal water.



Sleeping arrangements

The layout balances privacy and flexibility across all floors. King suites are spread throughout the home, joined by a bunk bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk and a double queen suite. Bathrooms include en-suite and Jack-and-Jill setups, thoughtfully arranged for larger groups while maintaining ease of access.



Living spaces

Two distinct living areas allow groups to spread out. The second floor features an open kitchen, dining, and living space made for long meals and relaxed evenings, while the first floor offers a separate living area with kitchenette and game space. Large windows and doors throughout keep water views front and center.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking and casual dining, complemented by an outdoor kitchen near the pool. Indoor and outdoor dining areas make it easy to linger over meals or gather after a day on the water.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool and hot tub overlooking the harbor, a waterfront deck, and a backyard designed for easygoing afternoons. The private dock includes four boat slips, with direct access to the harbor and nearby water taxi service. Pool heating is available by request for an additional fee.



Location

Holiday Isle offers a unique blend of harborfront calm and Gulf access. Gated beach entry keeps the experience peaceful, while HarborWalk Village, dining, and local attractions are just across the water.



Pet-friendly accommodations are available (fee applies per pet). Guests staying four or more nights receive a complimentary 1.5-hour sunset tiki cruise, weather-dependent and subject to availability. Winter snowbird rates are offered - please inquire for details.

Guest Access:

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

The property is located on Holiday Isle and features private beach access to the community beach in Destin that lays between the Gulf of Mexico and the Destin harbor. Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida is known for its gated beachfront access with limited access to our Holiday Isle homeowners and guests. Miles of relaxing white-sand beaches to walk, some great shore fishing, deep-sea fishing right in the harbor, and some of the most authentic waterside experiences this little slice of Northwest Florida paradise has to offer.
