We’re truly sorry the hot tub issue impacted your trip. The hot tub was heating properly; the only issue was with the control system, which we addressed promptly during your stay. We were happy to assist remotely in turning the hot tub on and off whenever you needed. This issue has been fully resolved and should not affect future guests. We hope you were still able to relax and enjoy your time here.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home and location. We didn’t receive any report about the first-floor bedroom during your stay, but we’ll be sure to review it so everything is comfortable for future guests.
