Lake Hopatcong Lake House w/Private Dock and Grill
Come relax, spend some time and make memories at our beautifully renovated, lakefront home on the shores of Lake Hopatcong. Conveniently located 10 minutes from Route 80. With a modern interior, spacious living space, and your own private dock. Enjoy the lake with our complimentary two paddle boards, two kayaks and a canoe. We are minutes away from all there is to do on Lake Hopatcong, you'll be longing to extend your stay at the lake.
The space
Our two bedroom, one bathroom 950 square foot lake house provides plenty of space for a group of up to six to get to enjoy lakefront living. Wake up early, brew some coffee and walk out to your own private dock to watch the sunrise or stay up late visiting the seven different bars and restaurants on Lake Hopatcong. If you'd like to stay home and cook in, you can prepare a delicious meal in our well appointed kitchen, with a Weber grill outside on the patio. With brand new mattresses you'll be sure to get a great night sleep waking up ready to get back outside and explore the four mile hike to Liffy Island and back from just down the road. Our home offers easy private parking for three cars, with a flat lawn and easy access to the dock and lake. Our home also has only 10 stairs outside our home and is conducive for guests who have challenges with walking but our home would not be considered handicap accessible.

Why they chose this property
We purchased this house in 2018 and made massive improvements prior to listing our home for rent. The house has a very open floor plan and comfortable accommodations for six people and is located just 10 minutes from route 80
What makes this property unique
Renting our home also provides you lake toys like two paddleboards, two kayaks and a canoe. If you have your own boat, bring it with you and enjoy the dock space!
