Be surrounded by nature with amazing views, without sacrificing modern amenities. The home sits up 68 steps above the lake - so not for those who hate steps. Lrg TV, central AC ,internet, washer/dryer, a full modern kitchen and bathroom and a dutch wood stove. Prepare meals in the kitchen or on the grill which sits on the top deck with breathtaking views of Lake Hopatcong. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is also a futon in the main living area. Lake access is included. Boat slip is available on the dock (25 feet or less)- with prior approval. (Guest will have entire home. Dock space and lower lakeside space is shared with owner who utilizes detached garage - owner does not reside onsite.) (Exterior video-only security cameras monitor the driveway, adjacent public street, and public dock/boat-access area serving the property. The cameras do not record audio. No cameras monitor the home’s interior or any area where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.)
