With two full width decks, a dining side deck and a private 8 person hot tub on the lower side deck. Great Trex-floored dock with covered 21` slip, picnic table and 2 jet ski ports, a fully equipped kitchen, five Direct TVs (most are smart tv`s) and a 6th TV for gaming / dvd; indoor gas log fireplace, foosball game table, 2 washers and 2 dryers, and a hard-lined gas grill, all overlooking Norris Lake in the wide cove behind Flat Hollow Marina, well beyond the floating houses.

Recently renovated by new owners, Water’s Edge is designed for families and groups to come together and relax. We hope you`ll come enjoy our cabin`s 20` tall knotty pine cathedral ceilings with unlimited Wi-Fi, 6 free kayaks, paddles and life jackets, an outdoor fire pit with 20 camping chairs, middle level deck gas fire table and seating set, second outdoor dining table, cornhole set, and private wooded views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

Saturday (3 pm) to Saturday (10 am) full week rentals all summer from Memorial Day Thru Labor Day. Minimum age for primary renter is 26. Split Firewood is available at the property with advance purchase arrangements (subject to availability and no TVA- posted ban on burning).

Bring your own boats and jet skis, or rent ours. Available for rent in-season:

Life jackets available (subject to checking sizes in advance) and lake toys, delivered to the marina or dock upon your arrival, or meet us at the nearby launch depending on property location. Restrictions on age (26 or older) and minimum days rented w/o a delivery fee do apply. Book with us to continue a great 5 Star tradition, and we`ll also provide a suggested packing list, floorplans and sleeping arrangement diagrams, vacation guidebook to the cabin AND surrounding lake and area attractions, as well as Norris Lake maps and marina guide. Parking in front of the cabin, with overflow parking 1/4 mile away in Parking Lot C near the marina, or leave some cars at the management office in La Follette and carpool out to the lake.

Don`t Forget - With early reservations, you can book multiple homes for big families, events, reunions and friends - we manage six others with over 100 person additional sleeping capacity within in the Flat Hollow cove and area (see below).

All four levels of our home, dock and decks are fully and non-shared accessible to guests, with the exception of two locked cleaners / owners storage closets and the storage crawl space under the house.

Tom Sturm is the licensed vacation rental manager, and also owns a local real estate firm. Tom and the team of cleaners, service folks, and vendors are always available to respond to any need or concern, just a phone call, text or email away.

Flat Hollow`s full service Marina (small store, boat launch, restaurant and gas -in season) is a half mile up the cove leading out to main channel on Norris Lake.

Also a rope swing back in the cove (right side opposite from the house, hanging from a tree past the Overlook Bay boat slips), and wide open unlimited access to Norris Lake - the Marinas and restaurants, jumping bridges and jumping rocks, water sports, boating, swimming and relaxing.

Overlook Bay is the community directly across the cove, part of the Chuck Swan Wildlife Management Preserve - often our guests spot deer, turkey ... and members of the bald eagle family that makes its home there!

Your vehicles are the best way to get around on land - we have Parking for 4 with overflow parking nearby or mgmt office. To navigate the lake, boats and jet skis work best - although we do offer 6 kayaks for exploring the cove right down by the dock, or bring your own paddle boards or tubes to just enjoy floating around, and feel free to walk or hike, enjoying the natural beauty and low-traffic area near the lake!

We have a separate rental agreement that supersedes air B and B policy to sign upon acceptance, most notably including a no refund cancellation policy and minimum reservation age of 26. It is also required that guests purchase a $60 damage protection plan through CSA; additional information provided upon reservation.

We also have boat and jet ski watercraft available for rent by separate reservation agreements, available in season only and options at several other rentals we manage - first booked, first served - restrictions apply.
Additional List of Policies & Rules furnished with Rental Agreement - cancellation agreement supersedes Airbnb and only 1/2 cleaning fees and taxes are refundable once booked. Recommended: Arrange boat and or additional slip rental, trailer parking and boat launch (separate fees) in advance of your stay / same time as booking the house directly with Flat Hollow Marina.

If reserving our watercraft - boat and/or jet skis delivered right to dock (extra fee applies) or free at the marina a half mile away ( 2-3 consecutive day minimum) - must reserve in advance of your stay. Separate policies and reservation agreement will be sent upon booking
