All trash must be put in a tied trash bag before being put in the outdoor trash cans. No loose trash allowed!
Please place the sheets & pillowcases of every bed used at the foot of the bed. DO NOT REMOVE MATTRESS PAD COVERS/PROTECTORS OR COMFORTERS WHEN STRIPPING BEDS!
Place used towels & washcloths in a bathtub/shower.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Amy was so wonderful from the beginning! She was very responsive and informative. The property manager even provided a curiosity check in. The home alone was clean, big, and just what we needed to save Thanksgiving! I could only imagine the summer stay :)

Our family had plenty of room and the property is very well maintained. We will look to rent this house again during the summer months so we can enjoy the lake. We have rented many homes on Lake Norris but Dockside Dreaming was definitely the best one yet!

Memorial Day weekend stay... Our group enjoyed a wonderful weekend at your home on the lake. The house had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Great location close to LaFollette. Marina was close by for fuel and ice.

Great Family Getaway!

We had 14 people from our family stay at this property and we had more than enough room for us all to not feel crowded. We enjoyed the dock with the slide and the owner having Kayak's available was nice for the kids to go and play in the lake. We did use the community pool which was nice for the little kids. Would recommend this property for anyone staying in the Norris Lake area.

The house is big and has plenty of bedrooms and sleeping options. Having a 2nd kitchen and fridge is great for large groups. There are a lot of steps to get down to the water - but that is common with all the houses on this lake. We loved the new double-decker dock that fit our pontoon and the slide and jumping platform were a hit with the kids. The view down to the lake is great and the location is good - close to the jumping bridge and a couple of marinas. You also have grocery stores and a Wal-Mart within 15-20 minutes.

Fun Stay!

Nice property right on the water. We had everything we needed and had a great week! All necessities are there and more. Walking path was wonderful to stroll by the lake. My only suggestion would be some dock maintenance and some tree trimming to help with view of the lake:)

We agree on the dock...long story short, starting in December 2018, we had contracted to have a new dock built and delivered in April 2019 but ended up having to engage legal counsel due to lack of performance. We have resolved that issue and are working to engage a new dock builder and fully expect to have a brand new dock later this fall.

The property was clean and well maintained. The owners were very helpful and responsive. Lake was beautiful. The only complaint would be the amount of stairs from the house to the lake but it is what it is. Overall, we had a great family vacation!

The house and location is absolutely beautiful! We had such an amazing time. The house was clean and had every single thing you could ever need. The kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of linens and towels and wash clothes. The lake was breathtaking and so relaxing. We had so much fun swimming and fishing. The kayaks were an added bonus. There are a lot of stairs but that’s to be expected. We would not hesitate to book here again!

family retreat

This is our fourth time staying in this area. This is by far the fewest amount of steps we have had. The younger kids loved the second floor kitchen and tv for the evening games and the older ones could be upstairs with their own games. Nice deck/ boat dock. Good place just to hang out in the water, little traffic. Close to jumping bridge. Great time.

The lake life wasn’t just a lifestyle—it was a part of who we are. Though we've since relocated to Cincinnati, our hearts are still anchored to the water. Adam is in the industrial equipment industry, and Amy is the heart and soul of our home, making everything—from everyday life to lake weekends—extra special.
