Cozy, newly renovated in a desirable, quiet and friendly neighborhood of Port Charlotte, FL. Fully furnished, 1460 sq feet ranch, air conditioned, open concept, split floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and laundry room. This home features a Master bedroom (King bed), with smart TV, ceiling fan, walk in closet, en-suite with stand up shower, and has access to lanai. Second bedroom, (King bed, sliders with access to lanai), smart TV, ceiling fan, large closet. Third bedroom (Queen bed), ceiling fan, large closet. Full guest bath has shower/tub. Nice size, well equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, pantry, microwave, coffee maker, stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher and ceiling fan. Welcoming great room has pull out full sleeper sofa, love seat, recliner, 50” smart TV, wireless printer, 2 ceiling fans, sliders to screened in, tranquil lanai. Enjoy your morning coffee, tea, or favorite beverage overlooking large swimming pool* and deck area, equipped with loungers. Perfect for entertaining.

Smoking outside only. No parties/events are allowed. Must be 30 or older to rent.

Extra charges: Cleaning Fee $300
Heat for pool Oct-April * $200 per stay
Renter responsible for own food


Available weekly or monthly. Minimum stay -7 days. Sleeps 6. Children welcome, however, children must be monitored in pool area. There is no screen for pool. Ring camera's on outside of property for safety purposes.

Fully Stacked and Clean!

What a wonderful place! We would stay here again for sure. The place is very clean and the three door opening to the lanai is beautiful! What a good view to the pool! The pool was heated and wonderful. The place is very stacked full of all of the things you need for your stay. You can basically come and only bring your clothes and buy food, and the rest is there! Theresa was very good with communication, and quick to respond. Wonderful host. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Port Charlotte house with pool
