About this property
Red Lodge - Downtown and Gateway to the Beartooth Mountains
Escape to Montana! The town of Red Lodge can be your home base for a great mountain vacation. In the summer and fall, you can explore the Beartooth Mountains, home to Montana's highest peaks, over 300 lakes, and sub-alpine tundra plateaus. In the winter, skiing at Red Lodge Mountain is just a 15-minute drive, or cozy up in the house next to the fire. It is a short 5-10 minute walk to the charming downtown, where you can enjoy the restaurant and retail culture of Red Lodge's historic main street.
This cozy house exudes character and warmth with plastered walls, hardwood floors, stylish furnishings, and artwork inspired by mountaineering culture. There are two bedrooms each with a queen bed, quality linens, and a dresser and closet in each room.
The kitchen is well-outfitted, and the pantry is stocked with the basics. The house has WiFi, a Bluetooth-compatible radio with a docking station, and a great CD collection of classical, jazz, classic, and indie-rock.
There is parking in front of the house and off-street parking with a private drive in the back alley (driveway is 21' deep X 11' wide). The yard is private, with fully fenced front and back yards. The back deck has outside table w/umbrella and chairs for meals on the BBQ or just chillin' with a book and morning coffee. The front patio has lounging chairs and is the perfect place to catch the last of the afternoon sunshine.
We offer everything you need for a fun-filled, comfortable stay. All the basics are on hand to make your stay stress-free.
Pets are welcome with an additional pet fee. There is a dog door to the fenced-in backyard. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, and we ask that you pick up pet waste.

About the host
Hosted by Krista K Wright

We are longtime residents of southwest Montana. We are outdoor and nature enthusiasts! We have ice and rock climbed, skied (all disciplines), biked, hiked, and explored throughout the rocky mountain west. We also love the arts and culture and have explored what the region has to offer. We are here to answer your questions and point you in the right direction to make the most of your time in Montana.
