The “Villa Océan-Achard-Labenne,” located in the southern Atlantic Landes region, is a 4-star tourist rental certified by the prefecture. You’ll be enchanted by its prime location behind the dune of a seaside resort on the Landes coast, between Bayonne and Capbreton.

A 130 m² house
- 2 bathrooms
- 2 toilets (including 1 separate toilet)

3 bedrooms on the ground floor:
- 1st bedroom with 1 160-size bed (2 people) + 1 sleeping area on the mezzanine
- 2nd bedroom (20 m²), easily accessible for people with limited mobility. With 1 160-size bed (2 people)
- 3rd bedroom with 1 160-size bed (2 people) + walk-in closet + toddler bed

RATES and rental for 5 people. €20/night for the 6th person, payable on the day of arrival
For late-afternoon check-outs or morning check-ins, a €100 surcharge will apply if there is no rental booked before or after. Payment due on the day of arrival
CLEANING FEE:
- €200 in cash, payable upon arrival.
- €90 will be retained for final cleaning, and the remainder will be refunded if the end-of-stay cleaning is completed; otherwise, the full amount will be charged if the end-of-stay cleaning is not completed.
If necessary, an additional charge of 100 euros will be applied if the condition of the villa and its grounds is significantly substandard.

- Security deposit of 500 € due upon arrival in cash or by uncashed check, refunded following the exit inspection.
A vacation stay certificate must be provided upon request to your insurer (as part of your primary home insurance policy).
The villa is handed over to you in a clean condition so that you may enjoy a pleasant stay. It is essential to return it in the same clean and tidy condition.
Sheets, dish towels, cleaning rags, cleaning supplies, and disinfectants are PROVIDED. There is NO NEED to bring your own.
Bath towels and beach towels are not provided. You may rent them for 100 € for the duration of your stay, payable in cash on the day of arrival.

Complete baby equipment available upon request: 1 toddler bed, 1 high chair, 1 baby bathtub, 1 stroller (no need to bring your own), 1 child bike seat, and 1 helmet.

If the police are called, guests will be required to leave the premises without compensation.
