We love to ski, make dinners together, and enjoy the summer fun here in town too. Ski, bike, hike, camp and come home to a luxe home with views, hot tub, steam room and 5 star accomodations. We also love the recent renovations -- new furnishings, new paint, new carpeting, new everything.
Why they chose this property
Chef kitchen, high ceilings, natural light and breathtaking views with rapid access to everything in the area while having quiet and privacy when you want it. Mid-mountain Deer Valley is the best place to be!
What makes this property unique
Exclusive Door to Door Shuttle is better than ski-in/out in many cases because many of the ski in properties don't get good snow for some of the year. There is very limited parking mid-mountain so most people have to park down in town or at the bottom of the Mountain which adds an hour or more to just getting up the Mountain while you carry all your gear. In the summer you are at the Mid-Mountain trailhead which can take you along the 8000' contour for miles past Montage Hotel, Park City and well beyond Canyons Resort. The Lookout Trail starts in the neighborhood that takes you down to town. You are a 10 minute drive to the top of Guardsman Pass which takes you either towards Heber and Midway on a beautiful drive in one direction or over to Big Cottonwood Canyon. It is the best of everything!
