White Mountain Get Away

Fantastic property all around! Wonderful views and amazing sunsets over the White Mountains. Tons of hiking trails nearby and 20 minutes to Franconia Notch. We had a great time!!

POSITIVES- NICE VIEW, NICE HOUSE, NICE NEIGHBORHOOODNEGATIVES- ICE MAKER DID NOT WORK, PLUMBING WAS A BIT MESSY, RANDOM FAUCETS AND TOILETS WOULD BE SCALDING HOT AND NO COLD WATER WOULD COME IN. WE BURNED OUR HANDS IN THE KITCHEN SINK. TOILET IN UPSTAIRS HALL WAS SCALDING AND TOOK THE NEXT DAY TO NOT BE HOT BUT SWITCHED T KITCHEN SINK AND DOWNSTAIRS WITH SAME ISSUE - GRILL COVER WAS MISSING FROM TIME WE ARRIVED SO COULD NOT PUT IT ON THE GRILL

False advertise

HOT TUB was not clean and I won't wash my dogs in it, never used it. Very disappointing. Grill was not clean I put my steaks back in the freezer. never used it. They shouldn't advertise thing that are not kept clean! a little miss leading and VERY disappointing. I was planning on bring my grand kids to stay their and go to Santa village, but that have been drop, not up a another disappointing vacation.

We have provided instruction for the hot tub in our listing but guest never paid attention to it. We even tried to work with them to get it cleaned but they never responded back to our messages. Also i am glad that they did not get to use the hot tub as they planned to take their dogs into it.

Jefferson is a beautiful location that is near to a lot of great activities. You can get to Santa Village in 10 minutes, 10-15 minutes to get to white mountain trails, 15-20 minutes to ski and so much more. The location is also close to major roads so its easy to get in and out but still feel very private.

The architecture and the landscape makes the property very unique. Its just amazing to sit in the sun porch and watch the sun set or sit in the hot tub and look at the stars at night.
