Great place and couldn’t have asked for a better location! Walkable to everything (grocery, restaurants, parks, etc.). Check in and check out was a breeze. Very spacious! Can’t wait to stay here again.

This was a marvelous place to stay. Clean, comfortable, and a perfect location in lovely Petoskey! Eric responded immediately to my confusion about parking. I had also confused myself into thinking the entry door was in the back near the parking lot, and he was able to straighten me out right away.We found the unit to be well-planned, and bright with strategic skylights. It was so clean! Beds were comfy. I didn't do any real cooking, but the kitchen seemed to have plenty of supplies. I would have just added mixing bowls and big coffee mugs (there were plenty of smallish coffee cups).I should have read more carefully about the parking, You have to download an app, or otherwise figure out how to pay for parking as soon as you arrive (unless it's after hours), and the there weren't a lot of bars on my phone for that. I had assumed (wrongly, and I missed the info that was in the listing) that there would be free parking for the unit. It wasn't bad to keep up with the parking fees once the app was downloaded. I would recommend downloading the app before you leave home, so it's ready to go when you need it. It can be a bit of a hike to unpack the car if from the Livery Parking Lot if there isn't a space right out front on the street for parallel parking. There was also a steep staircase up to the unit that I wasn't expecting. I probably missed it in the description.The location of this unit can't be beat. Lots of good stuff within a couple blocks!

Cute space and great location

Eric’s property worked out great for our girls weekend with my family. Perfect amount of space, we appreciated having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Great location downtown made it easy to get to all the spots we wanted to visit.

Great weekend in downtown Petoskey!

We loved staying downtown Petosky! We walked everywhere and had everything in the rental that we could possibly need! We will definitely be visiting here again soon!!
