We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. This was an unfortunate and unexpected water shut-off that got delayed resolution, which unfortunately was outside of our control. We completely understand how disruptive this was and did our best to provide solutions, including offering a discounted alternative property and a refund option related to the water situation. We regret that our solutions were not the right fit and that you felt the need to escalate to VRBO. While VRBO ultimately assisted in relocating you, please know that our team worked hard to provide options to support you during this challenging situation. We value your feedback and will continue to improve how we handle rare but impactful issues like this.
