Advice to future renters: On arrival go through the garage and find the stairs, yes there are stairs! Upstairs Turn off the bear boxes and unlock the front door from the inside. Kitchen was well stocked. It would be great if there was a cheat sheet for where the blender is.Location alone is worth the stay.
We had a fantastic stay at this cabin! It's perfectly located very close to the lake and just off the main road, making it super convenient for our outings. Tahoe City is just around the corner and there are a few excellent restaurants within a short walking distance.The cabin itself is spacious and was more than comfortable for two families with kids. It was spotlessly clean upon our arrival, and the hostess was very friendly and communicative, which made our stay even smoother.Also, it's worth noting that both Palisades and Alpine ski resorts are nearby, which was perfect for our winter activities. I definitely recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a great Tahoe getaway!Thank you for a memorable stay!
The Tahoe Woods home is well equipped and very comfortable. It has the best bunk room we've ever seen. The kitchen is large and very well appointed. We walked to Tahoe Park Beach for sunset, Westshore Market for sandwiches and Sunnyside for takeout...just perfect location. The owners were very communicative and the garage and front door codes made for easy check-in/access. We'll be back!
