We had a lovely stay at this home in Sunnyside. Wonderful place for families or friends, and near to restaurants and store. Would go back for sure!

We had an amazing stay at Hydeaway. The location is fantastic, the cabin perfectly met our needs and the host was happy to address our requests. We especially enjoyed meals and games at the large corner table. Altogether our stay at this cabin added a lot to our visit to Lake Tahoe.

Perfect Location great for the family

The cabin was amazing. Just a few doors from the water with great restaurants and market right across the street. Plenty of space for the entire family with a hug square dinning table. Perfectly stocked with everything we could have needed. Absolutely would stay again!

Ski Week in Tahoe

There were seven of us staying at the Hyde Away and we found it spacious and comfortable. It was close by to Palisades and Alpine and there were fun restaurants nearby. We were there during a big storm but the road and driveway were cleared and we had no issues getting out and to the slopes.Great place for a large group.

Host was welcoming and responsive to questions. Cabin is perfect for a friend or family gathering: nice great room with games etc. A very short walk to beach, a small general store, and several restaurants, and a close drive to more restaurants, shops, and activities in nearby Tahoe City. Well supplied kitchen, comfortable beds. Great place to hang out or as a base for exploration. The garage fit my Toyota Grand Highlander, but probably would not fit a Suburban sized vehicle. Room for two more vehicles side by side in driveway -- make sure management has entire driveway cleared of snow for this though. All in all, a great spot. We will be back.
