Spend your holiday in this house, which was completely renovated in 2021.<br>The cottage is located in Orcier, in the hills above Thonon-les-Bains, between the lake and the mountains. The location is very quiet and features 5,000 m² of well-maintained grounds along a stream.<br>Free covered parking for 3 cars on site. Hiking trails start less than 5 km away.<br>You can also explore Lake Geneva with Eric, the owner, who has a magnificent 150 cv boat and would be delighted to take you out from Excenevex to discover Europe’s largest lake. Boat trips are available for an additional fee and are weather-dependent. Customised outings available (cruises, swimming, meals on the water, drinks, birthday celebrations, fishing, etc.).<br>Thonon is 10 minutes away, Excenevex and its fine-sand beach are 15 minutes away, the Col du Feu is 10 minutes away, and Allinges—with its Intermarché, bakery, tobacco shop, and butcher shop—is 5 minutes away. Evian is 20 minutes away, and Geneva is 45 minutes away.
