Spacious character apartment ideally located in the heart of Thonon, just steps from shops. The thermal baths are a 5-minute walk, and Lake Geneva’s shoreline is only 10 minutes away on foot. All public transport is nearby for easy travel. Quick access to Switzerland: Geneva is 45 minutes by train, Lausanne 1 hour by boat. Perfect for a comfortable, tourist, or business stay.



The apartment offers 3 bedrooms with desk, closet, and wardrobe (double beds: 140 cm, 160 cm, and 180 cm), a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a bathroom with shower for guests.



Located on the southern shore of Lake Geneva, Thonon-les-Bains offers all water activities. The town is 15 minutes from Evian-les-Bains and Yvoire, 60 minutes from Geneva and winter resorts (Châtel, Avoriaz, Les Gets).



Bed linen and towels are provided. Both a filter coffee maker and a pod coffee machine are available.



There is no on-site parking. Free parking is available outside the city center (800 m). You can also rent a space in the nearby public underground car park for 2 to 21 days, on request and for an extra charge.
