Great Townhouse Stay

The property was great and Willie was a great host. He made sure everything was handled appropriately. Everything was available in the unit and the location was perfect for getting in and out of the city. I would rent again because Willie looked out for us.

Convenient Midtown town house

Nice clean functional home. Good location. Can take the Gold MARTA from the airport to Art Center station and 10 min walk. Short walk to Atlantic Station shopping and restaurants. Only four stars because TV never worked and missing basic necessities - No coffee, paper towels, shampoo, condiments etc.

Passion stay!!

We were in town for the passion conference at Mercedes-Benz, and are so glad we chose to stay here! We honestly didn’t see an issue with the cleanliness of the home, loved the location, and appreciated the sufficient space for the size of our group. Multiple full bathrooms was a nice perk haha. Our only minor complaint was parking could be hard to come by as we had multiple vehicles, but we managed to make it all work out each time. :) Definitely keeping this place in mind for future Atlanta trips with a group!!

Mid-week stay

Like many have said, the place could use a deep cleaning. The front veranda overlooking the street could not be accessed due to a broken lock. The back veranda facing what appeared to be a parking garage was nice, but had broken furniture. Overall, it served the purpose of having a place to stay for a few days.

Location, location, location

This property is in a very nice location in Atlanta. We really enjoyed being within walking distance of Georgia Tech (campus great for walks/runs) and the restaurant/shopping area of Atlantic Station. Street parking was very easy. Communication with the owner was very easy. Beds were clean and comfortable. Linens clean. My only suggestion would be to give the property a deap clean. Fans, baseboards, walls, floors were pretty dirty. Due to this I don't know I'd stay again.

Overall a great location for a weekend stay in Atlanta. We walked up to Atlantic Station for food and shopping each night. Street parking was available when we needed it! Check-in and out was very easy! When we arrived, the upstairs A/C unit was not functioning properly which made for a warm first night. Maintenance showed up with out us calling which means the owner knew it was broken before we got there. The maintenance guy changed out the air filters and it went from 80 to 77 the owner had it locked on his end. Beds were comfortable, but there are no top sheets, so bring your own if that is your preference. Living room sofa is not a futon, just a simple velvet couch (smaller than twin sized). If you are staying in the 2 queen bed room on the street level, the traffic can get loud through the night. A deep clean of touched surfaces, such as light switches, is needed.

Fun at 40!!!

I chose this property because of it's central location to everything. I was in town to celebrate my 40th birthday. The property is nice. If you aren't a fan of stairs then this may not be the place for you. Also, if you're a light sleeper you may want to being earplugs and an eye cover if sleeping on the first floor. Other than that this place is definitely worth the stay. If it's available the next time I'm in town I'd definitely book again. Willie the owner was very nice to communicate with. His response time was amazing!

Comfy and beautiful condo.

So my friends and I stayed on this property for a music festival near by at Center Stage. It has everything you need, it’s confortable and there was enough room for the five of us. Balcony is a plus, enough parking outside too and safe neighborhood. Close to pretty much everything. Kitchen to prepare meals if you need to. I would definitely stay here again over any hotels in the area. Owner was quick to communicate with too. Thank you for having us!

Girls weekend

The property was in prime location to just about everything we wanted to do. Loved the balcony and the room to move around. We took advantage of the chef option and we got brunch. It was delicious! The place was really nice, just wish it had went thru a deep clean before we arrived but other than that, the place was perfect. Would stay here again if I ever come back.

Awesome in ATL

We rented this property for a bachelorette party, and the setup of the townhouse was absolutely perfect to accommodate all 7 of us. It’s also such a central location to everything. You can walk to Atlantic station and enjoy a great view of the skyline from the porch.
