Great location, clean and had what we needed. Overall very good option. Only improvement could have been to have 2 fobs to enter the gate of the property - in case your travel mates returned home at different times.

The host was very responsive, even when things weren't exactly as we expected (a broken coffee maker) - he worked hard to communicate and make it right. The property was described accurately and located near everything we were in town for! Being so close to Publix and Walgreens was a huge bonus. Make sure to check out Mary Mac's Tea Room - it's a quick walk away!

We stayed here for 4 days, it was a pleasant stay, the property are clean, complete amenities, all appliances are working. The location itself is very convenient, walking distance to supermarket, pharmacy, and within 5-10 mins drive to major attractions e.g Coca Cola, Aquarium etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

The host did not throughly communicate how to get into the parking garage, additional fees to park in garage, & host told us to park near to the door. The suggestion made me feel uneasy about being there. In the master bedroom you could hear every car moving through the garage. No communication on where to take trash out when we left. Loitering every where outside of gated garage.

Great time in Atlanta! Our concert was canceled but the place was very close to the aquarium so it was easy to get there. It was a little loud during the night but it’s the city so I understand! Loved the large bathrooms. Very clean and nice all around. Thank you for having us!

This apartment was very clean with a contemporary vibe and feel. It was in close proximity to many restaurants, venues and stores. A quick freshening up with odor eliminator and exterminator right before guests arrival would be suggested. The only other downside was having the maintenance walk-in without notice or consent.

Owner described the check in process but I was having trouble understanding. Called me and helped us get in. Nice Condo, description was very accurate. Nice area, secure parking, great communication with owner due to some unfortunate circumstances, and he was able to get us taken care. Close to Millenium Park.
