About the host
Hosted by Olivia Frost
The Frost and Betts families have been friends for 40+ years. Most of our time spent together has been on the rivers and in the mountains of Montana. Our dads taught us to love and respect the amazing state in which we were raised. Each year we would pack up the truck and head out on our annual Father Daughter camp out. We fished, floated, learned campfire cooking, how to change a tire and to always respect the Blackfoot River rushing below us. There wasn’t a year growing up we didn’t stop at the “Big Cow” for a treat after a float, before heading back to campsite for the night. This is a love we now share with our husbands and a values we are trying to instill in our children. We still spend summers visiting our “happiest place on earth” together to reset our lives and get back to nature. Now our kids are making these same kinds of memories together.
