The Westin St. John 3 bedroom, 3 bath, Virgin Grand Pool Villa is a luxurious self contained unit with two levels (2 bedrooms are upstairs) The villa features a private lushly planted courtyard, & a private pool with a waterfall. The courtyards amenities also feature a table and chairs, chaise lounges, a wet bar for kitchen service through indoor/outdoor window panels, sliding glass doors from both the living area & master bedroom, & a gas grill. Indoors, there are 3BRs - all have the Westin's King-Sized "heavenly beds". The master bedroom is on the main floor & has a jacuzzi tub. TV's are in every bedroom, and there is a TV with cd/vcr/dvd in the living room. The living room has a sofa with a pullout queen bed, & the dining area has a large table & chairs. The full kitchen, with all the appliances & comforts of home, makes it easy to enjoy dining in for breakfast, lunch & dinner. There is an extra large laundry room with washer and dryer. The unit is continuously being renovated to keep it in beautiful & updated condition. Roll away beds are available, if needed. 1 mid-week housekeeping service is included, but, you can have daily service for a small additional fee.

The villa is part of the Westin Resort & offers you all the amenities the resort has to offer, including the most beautifully landscaped grounds on a vast piece of property. The pool is spectacular & huge. There is a hot tub near the pool as well. At the Westin's beach there are water sports including boating, jetskiing, snorkeling, scuba. There are 6 lighted tennis courts, a basketball court & a wonderful health club/gym (classes are available - most are free of charge) there is usually live music daily & special event nights. There are 3 restaurants, a poolside bar & bars in the restaurants. There is also a deli and there are retail stores on the property. Computers are available, for your use, in the open air lobby. There is a fabulous, famous "Westin Kids Club" with amazing activities for fun, fun, fun! & lots of great playground equipment.... the Westin St. John was voted "best family resort" by Traveler's magazine.
St. John is a tropical paradise. 2/3rd of the island is unspoiled National US parkland (donated by Laurence Rockefeller, who wanted to keep the island pristine), which makes it uncrowded, peaceful, with an amazing amount of flora, fauna, marine life & natural beauty. There are only two "hotels" on the island - the Westin Resort being one. There are so many gorgeous, unspoiled, white sand, palm lined beaches to explore & the scenery is nothing less than spectacular.... lush, green & mountainous on top, blue water, white sand, palm lined beaches below. Amazing coral & vivid, colorful fish, starfish, mantas, sea turtles abound. Rent a car & drive around & explore the various beaches & areas the island offers. Bring a picnic lunch & your snorkeling gear. Hike on the islands 22 nature trails. Visit the island's ruins. Shop & have lunch (or dinner) at the charming "Mongoose Junction" complex. Sail over to the BVI's for the day (you'll need passports to step foot on the islands) At night you can dine at the resort, or enjoy dining at one of the many wonderful restaurants in nearby Cruz Bay (a five minute car/taxi ride from the hotel) enjoy live music at one of the local bars such as "The Beach Bar" (see pic) where, after a few "Painkillers" or "Bushwhackers", whatever inhibitions you have left will be down the tubes! Catch a rainbow by day & a spectacular starry sky by night!..... You will be enamored & captivated by the MAGIC of St. John!!!

PLEASE BE AWARE - This is a 3BR "POOL VILLA" at the "VIRGIN GRAND" Villas which are a super spacious 2,850 sq.ft. & have private pools. They are very different than the "Bay Vista" 3BR units, which are renovated hotel rooms re-incarnated into timeshare units, that are also available for rental. The 3 bd Bay Vista units are HALF the square footage of the 3BR Virgin Grand Pool Villas (2,850 vs.1,470) and they have small balconies, instead of fully walled courtyards. Also, they do not have private pools.
The rate is also is a huge savings over renting directly from the resort, &, in addition, there are no extras such as tax & resort fees.
