Best view of pcb, the condo needs to be refreshed. Paint worn off walls, floor tile has holes, stains around light switches, and door knobs.

Fall Getaway To The Beach

I found this unit on a local listing and really liked supporting someone from our area. The owner was very responsive and helpful. It's an excellent location on the 30th floor facing the water. The unit was really clean and is well equipped for a beach getaway, The bottle of wine was a nice touch and ended up purchasing some when we returned home. It was a much needed getaway for my husband and myself and would not hesitate to use him again. The only suggestion I have is to provide an extra blanket for cooler evenings.

Very pleasant overall; Instructions for tv would be helpful. garage and pool pass way too expensive; beach chair rentals discriminate against singles, renting ONLY set of two chairs with umbrella at exorbitant price!

We are so happy you chose our condo to stay at and pleased you enjoyed it! Unfortunately the resort fee is set by the resort itself so we cannot control the $40 fee. But as far as the chairs and umbrella, that is included in the condo rental so we pay the exorbitant price for you!

Spring break vacation

Excellent condo that was very well equipped. Layout is great for a family. Would definitely recommend this property and the property manager was great to work with;)

The elevators were always broken and it took forever to go anywhere which messed up uber rides and more. It’s spring break. This should not have been an issue for 6 straight days!!
