Just the right amount for me

In a fairly quiet neighborhood with street parking. The home was easy to check in and the room was just enough space for one person. Loved it. The bathroom was spacious, kitchenette was helpful and the communication from the host was prompt. Great stay, would stay again/recommend.

I had to find a short term place to stay in the DC area before finding a permanent place to rent and was at this property for a month. It was all in all a lovely, clean, and accommodating space the entire stay. It is a short uber ride to downtown DC, or even shorter to the nearest metro station that will get you to anywhere in the city. The immediate neighborhood is safe and I had no issues myself walking around day or night. I would recommend a short uber to the metro station instead of a walk but it was short and accessible. Wenny was a great host who was exceptional at communicating, helpful, and kind. She was there for help, but let me enjoy my stay autonomously where I felt it was my own space. Lastly, a great price for the access to the DC area. Thank you again.

Cute room, nice host

My biggest concern was my own safety once I left the townhouse. The area the host lives is going under gentrification. The neighborhood that the host is nice, but getting to and from is rough in places. If you are a single woman I would only rent this place if you own a car or take Ubers. The buses are ok in the daytime, but night it gets rougher. As someone without a car, during the daytime I walked to the metro 1.2 miles and took walks around the neighborhood. I took the bus during the day and night and Ubers at night.
